I would definitely reach out to MTT again if I were you. He's busy but seems to at least have touch with ACR reps. Not sure why they wouldn't unban you if you didn't look like a bot.

I don't think so. It once wasn't properly loaded and was just a black window and I could not do anything on it and they did nothing.

A similar thing happened to me in the past, I emailed support to let them know, and everything caried on as normal.

Failed it once for whatever reason I can't recall and nothing happened. Proof #4432102 that WPN "security" is a joke.

Thanks, I didn't know where high stakes had gone either. This is really annoying and I don't see the benefit, especially when in the past you can use filters to custom select stake anyway.

They are trying to make it easy for the simps that just want to watch the higher stakes games. They think it may encourage deposits like in FTP days.

Yes, but have to switch back and forth between tables - can't have them both on the screen at the same time.
It's been a while since I've played on ACR, but the phone app was very bare bones last time I used it.

Is anyone playing on WPN from Thailand? Are there any problems? Support told me its allowed from their side

After 3 months trying to recover my account I will not give up. I am sending emails everyday. At one point they have to notice they are **** wrong.

At this point I’d call the money a loss. If you want to continue playing Create a new account under a family member’s name and call it a day.

Update of my situation:
Was asked to provide documents and live play footage. I provided this and I’m now waiting for a resolution of my case.

I already went through this live play footage thing in 2022 and, obviously, they found nothing wrong (I never broke a single rule in any poker room).

Hopefully my account will be recovered soon.

I don't think its Bots my theory is the Russians have Phil in there pocket. I come from the Black Friday and the Tilt and Absolute Poker scandals, Money was frozen and took for ever to get it back. Nothing would surprise me with todays Technology. And i'am not talking about BOTS !!!!!

They will make me record myself while playing at some point. I play pretty high.

After a few weeks of a very stressful situation, my account is now unbanned and everything is resolved (obviously, not a cheater lol).

I like this theory! Tonight in the $630 25k gt 3 outa 4 final players were from Russia.
