This "doing more for convicts" narrative is total bullshit. If the state deprives someone of their freedom, they deprive that person of the ability to support themselves and therefore have certain obligations when doing so like feeding them, clothing them, housing them, and yes, providing absolutely bare bones healthcare. nobody is upset over convicts getting treatment for their appendicitis - this is a pure strawman
again, if we're going to start tackling our issues with healthcare, illegal immigrants and convicts should not be the ones getting priority

What are the issues being tackled with healthcare for inmates that are not being tackled for law abiding citizens? You've been making vague allusions and I honestly don't know what specifically it is you're taking issue with, so can you just drop the generalities and explain exactly what it is you're talking about? Is it some specific policy that Biden has enacted or Kamala is proposing to enact?
