Oh you're back. Thought you'd ****ed off. Let's see if we can behave ourselves a bit better this time, shall we?

I told you twice I'm not sifting through your posts. Third time's the charm?

Oh dear, we seem to be having a reading comprehension issue again. Can you point me to where I asked you to "sift through my posts"?

d2 to clarify - i find it disgusting that we actually have politicians campaigning for providing access to things to non-citizens that millions of actual citizens currently can not afford themselves

it's virtue signaling at it's finest form

I'm not biting. Let it go.

Can we at least make it a rule that if male prisoners want to transition to females and be moved to female prisons, getting their dick cut off is mandatory?

This "doing more for convicts" narrative is total bullshit. If the state deprives someone of their freedom, they deprive that person of the ability to support themselves and therefore have certain obligations when doing so like feeding them, clothing them, housing them, and yes, providing absolutely bare bones healthcare. It's either that or execute all criminals or let them walk free. I assure you nobody is clamouring to get locked up for the excellent benefits package. None of this is controv

This. Every word.

Consider it let go unless and until you behave like a disingenuous little **** again.

i think your perspective is that of someone who takes rights to healthcare as a given

i agree, we should have free universal healthcare - but we currently don't

Rick,

It seems that we are not going to have universal health care any time soon. Given that reality, what level of health care would you like to see incarcerated people receive right now? For example, imagine that I am in prison and I develop appendicitis. What should happen next in a world without universal healthcare?

CNN: Trump reveals ‘people from Fox’ helped him write Al Smith dinner speech

Former President Donald Trump said Friday that Fox News staffers helped him write his Al Smith charity dinner speech, in which he cracked jokes and insulted his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris.

Trump made the comment during an interview on “Fox and Friends,” during which he was asked about his monologue at the Thursday night event in Manhattan. Host Steve Doocy said Democrats historically “turn to the guys from ‘Saturday Night Live’ or the ‘Tonight Show;’ they write all their material,” before asking Trump who helped write his speech.

“I had a lot of people, a couple people from Fox actually, I shouldn’t say that. But they wrote some jokes. For the most part I didn’t like any of them,” Trump said to laughter from the co-hosts.

I always chuckle when MAGA talks about "liberal media", when Fox is effectively a state-run news organization and vice-versa.

Here is another question:

If we were to rank the problems facing the United States by severity, where would excessive spending on gender affirming care for inmates rank on the list? 10,000? 50,000?

yes it's Fox vs CNN + CBS + NBC + ABC + NYT +++

nobody is upset over convicts getting treatment for their appendicitis - this is a pure strawman

again, if we're going to start tackling our issues with healthcare, illegal immigrants and convicts should not be the ones getting priority

if someone gets appendicitis and isn't treated, they probably die.

if someone wants to get breast implants, will they die if this procedure is not done?

What are the issues being tackled with healthcare for inmates that are not being tackled for law abiding citizens? You've been making vague allusions and I honestly don't know what specifically it is you're taking issue with, so can you just drop the generalities and explain exactly what it is you're talking about? Is it some specific policy that Biden has enacted or Kamala is proposing to enact?

Are inmates getting breast implants? If they are, things have certainly changed since I was locked up.

They die inside, that's where the "stop killing trans people" comes from.

CNN: Trump reveals ‘people from Fox’ helped him write Al Smith dinner speech

Translation: Trump's speech kinda slapped (and I know it) so I better do damage control on 2+2.

LOL. You said:

by rickroll k

kamala is running for president of a country that does not have free healthcare and is running on a platform advocating for free healthcare not for citizens but instead for convicted criminals and illegal immigrants - that alone is why she's going to lose this election

If your actual problem is providing inmates with very specific types of healthcare, then use those words.

Progressive strawmanning is pretty high up there

Do you actually think that anyone believes that their posts on 2+2 have an impact on the election?

by lozen k

Well no one actually chopped anything off during Trump's presidency in the prison system

The exact same policy and law was in place under trump.

I think people feel the need to eliminate cognitive dissonance any way they can, and that includes posting on 2+2

by d2_e4 k

Are inmates getting breast implants?

i'm not sure what falls under the gender reaffirming care that is being offered to inmates. breast implants and penis lopping are components gender care in the outside world, but perhaps not under the Progressive Prison Plan, or Trump's Prison Plan.

What specific contradictory beliefs or cognitions do you think that poster holds and was trying to eliminate?
