ex-President Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
If anyone thinks Trump's McDonalds gig was a one off that he would never do if it wasn't an election here he is doing something similar in 2011.
him pretending to be a common person and doing pretend work while the actual situation is entirely scripted and private is extremely on brand. i don't know anyone that thinks he wouldn't be doing ridiculous PR stunts even if he wasn't running for president. it's his entire bit.
whether it's coming out of buildings and waving to fake crowds, or deceptively editing videos to make it look like the steelers crowd was chanting for him when they actually were chanting for navy veterans being honored on field. it's his entire personality.
It sure looks like he's doing a bit for his tv show the apprentice there.
The one thing I can't get used to is hydrogen. you know, you know, the story with hydrogen, it's great until it blows up, in which case you're not recognizable. Even guys, strong guys like this, they call your mom or your wife. Is it a mom or Oh, look at that. oh, i know them. very wealthy parents. that's nice. You know, i know them. No, your kids wouldn't be recognizable. that's not good thought. How's my son doing? well he tried the new hydrogen.
Mods, the moderation threads locked up so I'll ask it here is there a way to change the title of this thread to "Trump Derangement Syndrome Support Group"? I think more members who also suffer badly with TDS can chime in and they can all help each other out. Then if Trump gets elected I'll just start a thread titled "President Donald J. Trump".
Yeah, mods. How dare you let people quote the words coming out of the mouth of a presidential candidate?
ELECTION INTERFERENCE!
Quoting a presidential candidate out of context is misleading and therefore technically amounts to election interference.
President Trump will be holding a Rally tonight at 7pm Eastern in Greensboro, NC.
Guest speakers will begin around 5pm.
Broken YouTube LinkThe Republican nominee’s preoccupation with dictators, and his disdain for the American military, is deepening.
Such a piece of ****. Do you ever feel embarrassment Playbig?
McDonalds.....Arnold Palmer,,,,, etc
CLEARLY! a way to have uncommitted voters look the other way from Trumps more important shortcomings imo.

A distraction from Trump telling everyone he's going to point the national guard and military at his political opponents and appoint generals in the style of Hitler's.

What a load of totally biased garbage. Full of hearsay and unsubstantiated claims from a bunch of Trump hating whackjobs.
Not unexpected from The Atlantic of course.

That whole article! How could anyone want him as leader?
The Atlantic has also compared Musk to Hitler.
[QUOTE]Donald Trump has filed a legal complaint against Britain’s ruling Labour Party after its activists traveled to the U.S. to support his rival Kamala Harris.
A U.K. Labour staffer revealed on LinkedIn last week that almost 100 party officials were heading across the Atlantic to campaign for the U.S. Democrats in key swing states, ahead of the Nov. 5 election.
Labour insists it is not funding the travel or accommodation for the activists, meaning its efforts remain within strict U.S. federal election rules which stipulate foreign volunteers can’t spend more than $1,000 helping candidates.
But the Trump campaign questioned those sums in its formal letter to the Federal Election Commission, arguing the LinkedIn post suggested Labour could be stumping up costs for the activists. /QUOTE]
The linked-in post says nothing about paying for it. Trump is in clear desperation mode iyam. I'm convinced internal polling data from both camps indicates a dominating lead for the blue team. It definitely explains recent behavior from both sides.
Harris is campaigning in freaking TEXAS for crying out loud.
I hope you're right. I fear a seriously dangerous push by the right in the uk if trump wins (apart from everythign else)
Evidence for it being untrue: I don't like it.
