*** October 2024 High Stakes Thread ***
Hello and welcome to the arena!
Previous High Stakes thread: *** September 2024 High Stakes Thread **...
We generally post ~200bb+ pots, but if there's an interesting hand/showdown, or if there's not much action feel free to post smaller ones.
Posting hands
Click on hand #number in replayer.
Copy text and remove ante part of first row in hh:
Poker Hand #72306164: Omaha Pot Limit (200/400 ante 80) 2023/04/12 15:51:58 GMT
Add - after parenthesis. Line should read:
Poker Hand #72306164: Omaha Pot Limit (200/400) - 2023/04/12 15:51:58 GMT
This works until someone has a 7 figure stack, then you need to edit any number over one mega.
paste hh https://pokeit.co/convert/
The converted hand will say it's from GG, you may edit this too.
For the OCD inclined, search and replace § with $.
Post your nice hand here!
♣:
Please use the following options for converting hands:
Converter from Pokeit https://pokeit.co/convert/ with wide variety of supported games, multiple hand conversion, etc.
Another converter: http://www.railhand.com
Just paste your hand history, convert, copy generated code and paste in this thread.
If you want to post 2-7 TD hands: http://www.feralcowpoker.com.
Set it to "Two Plus Two - textonly" output, and show results and player names.

Someone just needed to ask 😃😆 I like to pretend I am humble and don't brag.
Also, check out the 100/200 rake paid. It's 20000/53286*100= 37$/100 hands, or 0.185bb/100 rake.
Any GG crushers would like to share their graphs how much money they make in 6bb/100 rake environment?
What % of PLO8 hands were played thinking its PLO tables?
This thread has been awesome lately. Sick hands, sick graphs.
Cheers to everyone posting them, always appreciated
I think Bondurant might be subtly wanting to show how humble he is 😉
May as well share lifetime party results with us to complete the hat trick
I have an idea how much I won more-less there, but not all the HHs, as Partypoker at some point changed to no HHs/anonymous tables.
Asked if they can look up my net winnings there, let's see.
Otherwise will just post what I have in my database, which happens to be the most run good sample over 36k hands at 100/200.

so to gto or to not gto?
Did you change anything in your study/playing approach when you started winning from 800,000 hands?
I transitioned from zoom format, to regular tables, and enjoyed the slower pace much more.
There would be like 15 tables too choose from at 1/2 - 2/4, then I would just try to 4-6 table the highest ev ones, and be much more conscious/aware about my decisions.
It's rare that I would play more than 4 tables throughout my career, I always preferred a slower pace, and I think that allowed me to improve much more.
Also, if you happen to move up from 2/4 to 10/20-25/50, that's like 10x the stakes, and lower rake, but the game is v similar. Most of the games evolve around -30+bb/100 players at the table.
This thread is fkn sick

This is top tier advice. Maybe I missed this but are you still playing at all or retired?
WPN plo was great for a few yrs, if it ever picked up again would you fire?
i regularly check the high stakes tab on WPN to see if any PLO action is going on to rail..
It seems ever since O4R disappeared, there has been no HS PLO action...which is weird, you'd think there would be other regs to take over the tables seeing as how they dont have to worry about starting a table and having O4R sit in...
Any idea why this is Grazv? You're 2nd on my list of PLO regs i like to rail behind O4R. Miss railing the action on WPN 😃
EDIT:
Actually i might be wrong. See I dont usually pay the 1 ticket price to rail a table with just 1 person sitting (for obvious reasons) but just now I did and yep, Grazv is waiting for action. RESPECT!
But with all that said, it does seem as though WPN HS PLO has dried up a bit, at least during the times i am online (North American timezones like between 12pm - 8pm)
omaha4rollz was open sitting 300/600 today on CP. I sat him down to ask him if he "would like to share the HU lobby" and he declined and stacked me instead.

Just curious if there is a table with O4R and 1 fish, would you sit in and play? Does the fish have to be like AT LEAST a -10BB/100 loser for you to join? Or is even -5bb/100 or a breakeven/bad reg acceptable? On WPN that is, i assume on GG rake is much more of a factor/variable to consider when table selecting
if you mean EEE27, yes he can come play 3 handed with us and we can keep it going for a while.
A neat interview about EEE27 in case anyone is interested:
You dont give off bunhunter vibes if i may say so myself, you def deserve a spot in some sort of Top 5-10 6max PLO power rankings 😃
Someone should make another interview with Eelis and ask him why he likes the tournaments so much and doesn't play online 6max anymore.
