Happy Birthday pokeraz! 🙄

Sushi being better in theory than in eating.

i.e. you think wow I gotta get sushi it'll be amazing; then you eat said sushi and it's just sort of good.

People who conjure up sneaky ways to tell you it’s their birthday.

Whachtalkinabout... it's an art form.

How everyone is still saying “Let’s go!” in sports, games, etc.

Not remembering which celebrities did what bad thing and how bad it is or was.

Especially after being handed your bill.

Markets. Street markets, flea markets, farmers markets....pretty much all of em.

They draw me in and then they very quickly piss me off

almost as if merchants are trying to make a profit,

If only SUSH was tax deductible.

Realizing I've zoned out and have been listening to a commercial for over a minute. What the **** are you talking about cbd cornbread for. (real ad and thing on popular podcasts)

Sushi is a usually seen as a cheap meal here, a bit more than fast food but less than many dine in restaurants. I eat it 2-3 times a week and it's generally my favourite meal.

Prices on sushi vary greatly depending on where you live. I can have a big sushi feast for basically the cost of a sandwich at the local casino.

Probably about the same time frame I was in a stall in a casino bathroom and the guy in the next stall started talking. I forget what he said, but I thought he was talking to me.

I made sure we didn't exit the stalls at the same time. I was a little embarrassed because I "answered" him.

There's a cartoon on this that's pretty funny.

Americans don't like the idea of a worm growing in their stomach. Personally I"m not worried, but poke bowls or sushi aren't overtaking or coming close to anything hamburge or fried related.

Nothing beats a good steak.

hear hear...

Seeing the Kelce brothers in commercials now. I'll never know if they are actually entertaining. I'm not rewatching their SNL, listening to their podcast, or watching commercials.

Spoiler
Show

I"m a taytay fan in both looks and her doing her style of music well and don't like the haters.

That Carmelo Anthony commercial where he says "You think you slick, you ain't slick."

Melo, you were NEVER slick in 19 NBA Seasons. So STFU.

Kelce brothers don't hit home like the Mannings do.

The Menendez bros are the bomb...

The Menendez bros are the bomb...

Definitely a killer duo

and apparently innocent of their original charges as leveled...

Athletes (especially football players) wearing jewelry during games.

It doesn't even have to be huge and flashy. Even an earring is enough.

that the winning pitcher in an MLB game can be subjective and not always directly determined from the box score + play-by-play data

Should probably piss you off, because it's a weird relic of the age when a starter not going at least 5 innings was unheard of unless he got completely shelled, or injured, and not making it that far meant he literally didn't do his job. Might as well ditch that requirement now and just always award it to the pitcher who was in when the team last took the lead.

The concept of awarding the pitcher win or loss is flawed.
