That statement just hurt my feelings and I always thought it's hypocrite statement. I am also poking at him because besides anything else he would like to be admired by 2p2 :P more than any Twitch chat or making a money in CP game. That's my get back at him π
Tom dwan and Phil Naggy playing 200/400 on twitch
Caught a little bit of this when Tom was talking about HSP show and some of the high stakes games from back in the day. He relayed some shortdeck hand where he ended up on the river with the nut low and had 10% pot left and the VIP snap folded when he shoved on the river. He said that pot alone was worth more than all of his pots on HSP combined. Only had a tiny piece of himself because the game was so big.
He also said Sammy George stiffed him from that show back in the day where they played heads up on that million dollar challenge thing and he never got paid.
Btw soon I am launching my own training platform and already cooking the videos for both PLO4, PLO5 and NL with the best coaches. Stay tuned.
Thatβs cool to hear. What kind of price range you have in mind for monthly/annual menbership? Any other coaches names you could reveal at this point?
Would you be interested to do the Mechanics of Poker podcast? Iβm sure they would love to have a killer like you.

Not opening a poker site yet π would have to look into what's possible revenue from that type of business and if it would be worth the effort. I do enjoy talking hands with friends, but it's not really my personality much to be a coach. (Though maybe I could build up to it and be good at it)

Actually seems like we have mutual friends with Rene, he messaged me a few times on Skype, however I am not really confident how would I appear on the podcast, and if I wouldn't look too boring.
Think Rene spends a lot of time in Rio de Janeiro, which happens to also be the city I stayed for maybe like 4 years. Maybe we do a live podcast edition with them then when I get my confidence for it.
What ever happened to Sauce? He was endbossing PLO on Stars after Black Friday. He was one of the first guys to make an almost full transition to PLO online and was just printing money in the lineups. I remember watching AA vs KK going in preflop every single time back then because everyone just figured it was the same as NLHE. Him and Jeans probably retired off of what they won at the Stars PLO tables from 2012-2015
I feel like those two would still be at the top of these rankings if they stayed in the game and had the same drive
Sauce is a beast, he could probably come back right now and beat up the best hu regs.
Jeans is a nit and he retired right at the correct time.
How did the Berri v Sanita match end before the break ?
Yeah, in 2019 there was like 5-7 month period when Isildur would come to Partypoker tables and would 10 table 20k stakes. It was great games. (not dropping any more graphs I think, it's getting old)
lil stream
thx for posting stream, am limited to one table.
Westmoreland running pure this morning
seems like a bit of a rough go of it for vesna/jasamgale this month, will be interesting to see monthly results.
But big credit to him playing heads up basically every day, with westmoreland typically quitting him after short sessions. He's holding lobbies basically all the time Linus isn't.

Based on what you are writing here, you wouldn't come off as boring at all. It's quite refreshing to hear some shots fired for some of these guys on the top. If you feel like you prefer to write instead of talking, create an AMA here, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would prefer that over a 2-3 hour podcast.
What made asian flushie so tough that even BERRI was struggling against him?
To inspire some 18y olds grinding out PLO/NL 50$. Stars where was the best action back when I started playing.

The $1m no rathole stack might be one of the most impressive things I've ever seen in online poker
Much respect
It reminds me of when Cumicon came out of hiding to drop his epic graph and then retired to the mountains for a peaceful life except you're firing shots and still battling
In these 6max rankings at the highest stakes what separates players? Does it come down to who makes the fewest mistakes and plays closest to GTO in the most spots? ty for the Q&A

At 25/50 probably yes. If it's like 200/400 ante deep stacks, we then just play out who can punch the hardest.

Thank you
They are good, but not coming to 200/400, which is the stake where you would actually see more preflop mistakes. So the guys didn't even bother to drill preflop.
