These are our baselines. We're not reinventing the wheel here. If you aren't sure if something is acceptable to post, its better to ask first. If you think someone is posting something that violates the above guidelines, please report it or PM me rather than responding in kind.
To reiterate some of the points:
1. No personal attacks. This is a broad instruction, but, in general, we want to focus on attacking an argument rather than the poster making it. The same goes for calling people "baby killers" and "genocide lovers". 2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

Conventionally bombing Iran is better than an Iran with a nuclear bomb, because an Iran with a nuclear bomb will eventually drive someone to nuke them.

You unbanned him and he is posting within the guidelines. I don’t know the history of his grudge, but you should just let it go. There is no reason to attack him until he does something that is against the forum rules. What you are doing just comes off as another baiting exercise
IN other related news, it would appear that the "IDF chemical weapon attack" that happened at Columbia a few months ago that Victor was crowing about was actually a Jewish student there releasing fart spray into a crowd of protestors. And he was actually indefinitely suspended for the incident, and is actively suing the administration for their handling of it.

Unfortunately I think this is true of last time too, and dictators get the last say.
I'm not sure it will matter. There will be events that can be blamed (correctly or not) on Iran and nukes will provide the justification.

It’s not about being offended on behalf of anyone else. Some terms have such deep and long running connotations that they make me cringe a little inside when I hear or read them.
It’s the same as saying “blacks” because it was a term associated with white South Africans during apartheid, and it was almost always derogatory.
If that’s true then bombing the US after WW2 to destroy its nascent nuclear capability would have been the best move of all.
It wasn’t exactly easy at the time to stage ground invasions on isolated powers, and our capabilities were mote advanced than many other countries already at this point in history.
But yes absolutely a non-nuclear power is in a much worse position militarily than a nuclear power. Just look at Ukraine, who had nukes and gave them up. No other county will ever give up nukes again after what happened to them, and I’m sure many more are trying to figure out how to develop them in secret now.
Of course this is precisely why Israel and previously the US under Obama are so keen to try to prevent Iran from developing nukes.
