No transition is medically necessary definitionally as being trans isn't a medical condition, and no other medical condition REQUIRES transitioning.

The video didn't say anything about class actions. I don't even know what it would mean to say that the government would "promote" class action lawsuits. Even if individual cases were viable, there is no way the requirements for a class action could be satisfied imo.

I am not sure it is the first concrete plan by Trump but it's a list of verifiable claims (in the sense that we can then check if that happens or not) and specific policy choices about a topic that matters to some of us and that we discussed in this forum a lot .

Well they understood it was a massive liability so they tried to avoid the topic, but Harris got caught in the middle with the fox news interview attacking her for the prison trans issues thing, and NBC attacking her because she didn't commit enough for transgender rights.
But all of this happened because democrats for years decided to politicize trans issues, a topic that shouldn't even register on the political radar.
