It's Fall Out, Boys

It's been a good summer with friends and family.

Even though I couldn't drive, I've had the support of a few very specia

Have you tried the Blue Bell oatmeal pie ice cream? Not too shabby.

I ate 12 Little Debbie Oatmeal Pies this weekend. Regrets? Uh, maybe the Nutty Buddys next time.

It took you the whole weekend?

Why did you have to tell me this?

This... ^

I ate a whole box of Walkers Short Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies three times last week...

it's an Achillies Heel for me during the December Season.
Thankfully, there's only eight cookies in each box.

That's why I get three boxes at a time. I don't fu*k around.

And Little Debbie is selling crack, not snacks.

interesting testimony

Poetic injustice...

:p

Little Debbie is selling crack, not snacks.

Decades long Mrs. Saint tradition: Each and every time we go to Stop & Shop together and pass the Little Debbie end-cap display, Mrs. Saint low-voice states without equivocation, "Little Debbie's a whore."

Who am I to argue?

Please give me a concrete example of a beast. TIA, PM.

Things such as this were kept private during the last millennium.

The Spice of life... have we yet not tasted?

Shakespeare can't be given credit for this, can he?

portent the coming thoughts of righteous significance... least we be circular in our logic.

Played in a home game Saturday night for what will undoubtedly be my last session of 2024. Between tournaments and cash, finished up for the year.

A whole 111 dollars. Better than backwards.

Best Hamlet: Rory Kinnear.

Went to dinner and the movies last night with my former administrative assistant. Her husband doesn't really care for the kind of movies we see.

She continually tells me to find a girlfriend, which she did again last night.

But why? I have plenty of women to go out with and avoid a "relationship." She can't quite understand why I resist, but I know myself. I'd be fine for a few months, and then I would go crazy.

Do any of you feel the same?

I understand this completely. Don't tell my GF.

And this is coming from someone who has had two long term relationships. I have only felt really comfortable and compatible with my wife. The second lasted ten years but only because we only saw each other maybe a couple months a year.

And I won't tell your GF when I have the opportunity to meet her.

Yep, I get it. Somebody I deal to and play cards with wants me to meet someone she knows. For a number of reasons, I've been noncommittal on acting on it.

It's a pretty nice thing to have the kind of freedom I do, to go on adventures or whatever whenever I want. However, this may be that I have more of a misanthropic nature than most people.

I get lonely. But I know now that living with anyone would cure my loneliness.

Did you miss a 'not', John? Kinda reads funny to me.

Never had that problem. Mom used to tell me when a bunch of kids were playing, I'd be out there with them, but kind of in my own world, doing my own thing at the same time.

It's unusual, but by no means rare, for me to go a whole day without saying a word to another person. Works for me, but it's not for everyone. Or ever a significant number of people.
