for the West, semitic means Jews, no matter where they were born. antisemitic means anything that Zionists (aka the people who support the Israeli colonial apartheid state) deem as such.

So we’re going to put a moratorium on posters claiming that certain Jews are self hating or anti-Semitic. That’s done. And the next person who does is it is going to eat a ban.
