I am still good when playing 2 monitors.

Shouldnt I be able to bet like 100$ on sportsbet or something at least worth clicking? Getting limited to 5$ max bet on every market cause i’ve won a couple thousands betting sports while I’m also donating 10k a month in rake seems rather unfair

thanks for taking your time to do test, the issue lies within when I open any table the app just force closes.

Is there any problem with your withdrawal system?, first time I have to wait more than 24 hours for my withdrawal and still waiting.

i'm a big fan of your play style. Where are u playing from? sometimes the cash out is slower depending on region

Is it possible for WPT to not steal focus from other open windows? It's quite uncomfortable to play like this.

Playing HU I have also had the problem that I am BTN but the SB opponent has the button.

By the way, when will it be possible to add colors and notes to players like in the Asian skin?

You can turn it off in settings, i play in phone, not sure with pc.

Withdrawal is ok now, the problem related to BEP20, I changed to TRC20 and it worked. And I am from Vietnam.

The software is ultra laggy today as I'm 100% sure its not my internet since other players confirmed this as well. Hands were folded due to timeout mid hand. I feel like this recent update batch has caused us players very inconvenience and worst of all money loss on the tables.

I have suffered extreme software issues today on WPT global which caused me to lose over 1000 USD dollars. I know there are a lot of super high stake players on WPT but this is a lot of money to a normal person like me.

I have attached the screen shots, one in which I folded top full house of KK on the river to a very small all in. The other one is folding KK preflop.

I am certain that this was not caused by internet connections as my entire household was using internet during that time.

Please help me Alex, thank you so much.

Playing on PC I don't see the option to disable this (before the update it didn't happen that wpt stole my focus)

Alex it's been nearly a week and the button issue is still a problem for everything 2-8 handed. Can you provide an update on this please, or ask the IT team to issue a hotfix for this issue specifically? It's very debilitating for multi-tabling in it's current state.

any definitive word on the WPT Gold launch date?

Honestly keeping this version up for nearly a week despite all these bugs is unreasonable

We'll also have a new release soon (likely late this week / early next) that contains fixes for most of the issues reported in this thread.

If you're using mobile, in Settings > Gameplay you can switch off the setting called 'Turn on auto-focus on mobile', this may help. If you're using Desktop - there are several improvements relating to this in the next version.

Notes / Colours are coming but I am not sure exactly which release it will be.

ClubWPTGold is a different business with different management. However my understanding is that they are in soft launch right now, with a full launch coming early in 2025.

merry xmas alex. The team seemed to resolve the crash issue, but now the issue now lies when after a certain amount of playing time, when opening/closing tables/adjusting the table size, there is a bit of lag. This only resolves by closing the app and reopening it.

@WPT Global Alex same here. In the session of today the only problem i had was this, exactly as described. Is pretty annoying because after 1,5/2 hour session every time you open new table, this often take like 4-8 seconds to open, and in this seconds the other 2/3 tables freeze. I'm sure This thing was ok in the V1, if I remember correctly it was ok also in the first release of the V2. I have a good pc direct x11 compatible and i don't play in energy save mode, so it should be a problem of the latest version of the v2. In any case now is much better then the first release of the V2. I appreciate you listen our feedback about the software and i wish you a good new year.

Hello @Alex. After update to 2.0.20 I've noticed that preformace has decreased. Tables became laggy, and CPU usage increased comparing to 2.0.19 version. Thanks!

OMG so laggy new update, even my computer can't take it.

Also to quote on this, this new update my tables dont pop up when its my turn to act causing me to almost timeout on multiple occasions when grinding on computer.

was playing for 6h in 4 different sites and everything was fine. Decided to open one table cash in wpt as I had only 2 tables left from other site and pc crashed after 5 min

Do we have an ETA for the new update?
