[CoinPoker] - Ex-Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
CoinPoker: The Decentralized Poker Room Built for Players, by Players
Developed by an ambitious team of poker lovers, CoinPoker is a revolutionary platform that uses blockchain technology to address key issues in the poker industry. Despite being far from our vision for CoinPoker as the biggest poker room in the world, our team is proud to be the first project of its kind to deliver on the promises made during its ICO period.
Lengthy payment processing, limited transparency on fair play, as well as a blase attitude towards community feedback are just some of the prevalent problems in today’s online poker world. Since CoinPoker launched at the end of 2017, it has attracted a growing community of players and investors who share the same goal of bringing the game back to players.
Using Decentralized Technology to Ensure Fair Play
One of the key benefits of the blockchain movement is that it empowers users by adding transparency and convenience to traditional services. Poker rooms in particularly reserve the rights to hold player funds and release them at their own discretion, and as a result of complex payment systems simple transfers can be delayed by as much as weeks.
The Benefits of Cryptocurrency Powered Bets
All deposits, withdrawals, and bets on CoinPoker are powered by the cryptocurrency token CHP (Chips). The use of CHP speeds up payments, and gives players the ability to track payments to and from their account on the public Ethereum network.
CHP token holders are able to quickly move funds to and from their CoinPoker account, and for passionate advocates of the project it is a means to invest in the platform as it continues to grow and expand. It is also possible to exchange ETH tokens to CHP inside the CoinPoker app, making it as easy to acquire as one of the most popular assets on the crypto market.
Available on a growing list of exchanges including KuCoin and HitBTC, CHP tokens are in the process of being adopted by other gaming businesses in the near future.
Player Impact Shown on a Decentralized Random Number Generator (RNG)
Fast payment processing is not the only way CoinPoker wields decentralized technology for the benefit of the player. Random number generators (RNGs) used to shuffle decks in a variety of card games (poker included) have often been scrutinized by players as mysterious and, as a result, they are often approached with suspicion.
Trust is essential between a player and poker room for the experience to be optimal, which is why CoinPoker will be introducing a fully decentralized RNG this year. The feature will be the first of its kind in the poker industry, and will give players the possibility to view their impact on dealt hands in a visual dashboard alongside hand history.
Internationally Accessible on Desktop and Mobile
Players from all over the world are able to access our desktop client, and our launch of an Android app has already resulted in thousands of players hitting the tables while on the go. Coming soon is the release of the CoinPoker app for iOS, which we expect to release this summer.
CoinPoker’s Community-Centric Business Model
Central to our operations is carefully monitoring feedback from our players. The success of our ICO is owed to a diverse group of small and large investors, many of whom are now active players, and we feel a strong obligation to make sure their needs and wants are met.
This is why we have invested heavily in hosting epically proportioned promos from the get-go, in line with the promises made during the ICO period.
Millions of CHP Awarded in Large Scale Tournaments and Promotions
Since launching, CoinPoker players were given the opportunity to win a Tesla, collect over 400ETH in various tournament series like ETH Madness, participate in a 10,000,000 CHP Added Crypto Series of Poker (CSOP), and win millions of CHP in daily freerolls
and freebuys.
Introducing Rake after Operating Rake-Free Since the 2017 Launch
After boasting zero rake on games for over half a year, CoinPoker will be introducing rake as a means to facilitate future growth. The revenue will be allocated towards future promotions, development costs, and the funding of new and ongoing partnerships with leading poker associations to establish our brand and give players exciting opportunities to play across the globe.

Ok thanks for the response. Sorry but I’m
gonna nitpick because you are so adamant about not sharing pertinent info about the actual owners. You talk about this Justas Kregždė guy like I/we should know who he is, he isn’t anyone very interesting, esteemed, or well known, why do you keep mentioning him. He’s also the CTO not the main shareholder/owner. His job is to be the chief technology officer but has zero input into much else. People were interested in the owners of FTP, and in Nagy, and in Isai etc they are entitled to know who operates and profits from
the gambling website they pay rake to and gamble on it’s not really rocket science. I’m not even asking out of suspicion or accusing CP of anything, I’m a businessman and a poker player, I’m genuinely interested in who owns the site. Why is it so elusive/secretive?

could be because they are operating a online poker site accepting the US and other regulated territories when they are not sanctioned. nagy hasnt been in the USA for 15 years, the day he puts foot on Us soil hes getting arrested, this is from his own mouth.
the good thing is cashouts takes 5 minutes. I withdraw the roll anytime im taking an extended break, it cost $5, no other site cashes out as quick as Coin that i have come to.

Both points true. Isai also had issues.
+1
And yes we pride ourselves on the quick cashouts, and over Polygon it's free.
Correct. I understand the frustration in the delay in launching the replacement token, it will be coming asap though as Mario mentions in that video. Calling it a racket or rugpull in your other post is a bit unfair it's still around 28% rakeback - more than most competitors - and there will be a new token, hopefully as soon as January.
fair enough, but it would seem much less disingenous if you changed the website and promo material to 28% RB rather than 33%... once a player has run out of CHP, and needs to purchase them through the poker client at 5% vig (USDT -> CHP) the ability to achieve 33% is void... and since it's no longer possible to trade via QuickSwap it's now impossible to obtain 33%, correct?
imagine playing on GG where they advertise 50% rb and only getting 12,5%
count your blessings with coinpoker
The green tick shows that the player is participating in our RNG shuffle mechanism.
The inputs from all the players from this field are used in conjunction with other RNG processes to further increase randomness to arrive at the decks final shuffle state.
And if i dont input what happens to the RNG ? I dont understand the difference at Opt-IN the green check or not

buy 100 get 95
33% of 95 is 31.35
you are not losing 5%. but also you're not getting 33%. you are getting 31.35%
hope this helps
When is new token gonna be released?
@CoinPokerSupport
It is a matter of course that the information of the owner of the poker site is made available to the users and customers, to make them feel good about their "investment".
To answer the customer's question by saying that it doesn't make sense to you why they are asking for it is impertinent.
It's not about you, it's about customer requests for clarity.
A good service provider fulfills these wishes without squirming around.
If Coinpoker really wants to establish you should:
1. Name to owner/shareholder and be transparent about it.
2. Get rid of you shady CHP rakeback system, that is only in place to try to make extra cash during the exchange process.
It is intransparent and complicated on top no recreational fish player will ever deposit money on a site that is that user unfriendly and has this shady touch.
This site has so much potential, and you are wasting it.
A customer wants an easy, friendly good experience when playing poker online.
No swipp swap CHP, exchange gaslight fee whatever mess. And for sure I don't give a damn for a new coin. Same bs new name.
Is it so hard to earn money in a fair and square environment, and have everyone shareing great experience?
Is it so much more important to buy another useless jacht or fkn private jet that doesn't make you happy anyway?
Whowever owns this site...Dude give yourself a break.

if you don't like it, don't play, simple. They aren't telling you who owns it, and that should come as no surprise given the seriously grey legal area they are operating in. Plenty of licensed sites to play at if you prefer.
Are HUD's Allowed now?
Here is my experience:
Rakeback is extremely misleading because coinpoker charges a 5% fee on all transactions just to get some fake shitcoin (CHP), and then "rakeback" forces you to keep playing for their fake shitcoin since it isn't in USD. The same players seem to collude at PLO and PLO5 constantly. Do not recommend playing here
They're no longer forbidden. This has been communicated to players on our Discord and over our email support - support@coinpoker.com.
Realistically there's not much we can do to prevent them, or to determine what was accidental usage / a false positive etc., so we won't prohibit the normal basic HUDs available online.

What ? So if a player use PokerTracker for example is againt the TOS or not ? That player can be banned for that ? I thought huds were prohibited
lmao i never got an email
Never got an email either lol.
This seems like its going downhill fast since change of ownership, who we arent allowed to know who it is.
No bonuses anymore, strange rakeback system that makes no sense, cant exchnage CHP for any USDT, multiple people point out that it should be a USDT rakeback but sintead a new fancy token is coming nobody cares about, HUDs suddenly allowed (which my guess is that people were already using them and you cant police it). Rep will prolly come in and say I'm just being negative as above instead of addressing issues that multiple people here (and on Reddit) are bringing up. Whoever is running CP needs replacing, you lot dont know what you're doing.
yeah, it's a shame. joined about a month ago and seems like i caught the backsplash of something great. now it's looking like wasted potential
really love this site but all of the above, hella mobile issues + the lack of transparency (didn't y'all say new coin would be released by beginning of new year?) has me withdrawing most of my roll
fwiw the HUD thing is a complete joke. huds kill unregulated sites. everywhere i've been seeing that they aren't allowed and then suddenly they're permitted without any notice whatsoever
countless numbers of messages in the discord as well getting no reply. guess players have to check the rando 2+2 thread after asking a million times? lmao how long have i been getting exploited by this i wonder
for clarity:
HM3, PT4 and drivehud are all permitted @Coin_poker - what qualifies as a "basic" hud?
does NOT help that you state the security team can't properly determine if a player is using one like wtf has been going on this entire time then
lol announcement
probably has been said before but read reddit, stop giving arbitrary/loose updates with no deadline that majorly impact your playerbase and hmm idk maybe give your customers what they want?
we're not really asking for much here
I have been banned from coin poker and the security team will not respond to my emails. My username is Laura2024. Can someone from coin poker please respond to me.
Thanks
So it’s just lil old me being ‘negative’ @rep?
My husband and I both have an account and they say it’s 2 person multi accounting, as per their “investigation”.
