If you want to ban or temp me for calling out his coded antisemetic rhetoric you do you
I need a break from his vile comments anyway
...him to say we shouldn't allow Israelis into the US
never said this
I hope we can all agree that "civilians" that keep weapons for militaries, aren't "civilians casualties" if they die
That would be predicated on even admitting its happening at scale the way it is. And this rocket and weapons storage function is only one way the civilian population (in part) participates). But this dialogue just isn't welcome. It's somehow a non-starter.
At least in here we can discuss it.
You have said that every hostage that Hamas took is a POW because you consider all Israelis that served as military
You said anyone who ever served in the ifd is idf
And you said everyone who was ever idf should not be allowed in the US
You can play dumb and try semantics but I'm not twisting your words. Don't say you never said this.

bro wut. no, they def took civilians. they took a lot of IDF too who I think should be considered POWs.
You said anyone who ever served in the ifd is idf
isnt everyone who ever worked for Hamas in any capacity at any point in time considered "Hamas"? including politicians, civil servants, garbagemen, and delivery drivers?
And you said everyone who was ever idf should not be allowed in the US
no this is what I said

....
the USA should not let anyone who has served in the IDF in unless they can conclusively prove they have not participated in war crimes.
....

I dont think you are twisting my words. you are just straight up making **** up.

You may discuss content. You do not need to keep characterizing one another. I've given several warnings now to the thread. Its enough.
Debating, by nature, involves hearing and interacting with perspectives that you not only disagree with, but may also elicit an emotional response. You will need to accept this fact. If you can't debate like an adult, then this isn't the place for you.

Well Mets tbh I think you would be allowed to say no "Palestinian" should be allowed in the west because the risk he is connected with Hamas is too high, if you think that's proper policy

I think people preparing food for Hezbollah knowingly are fair target as well, any material support to any terrorist organization in any capacity should be ground to justify you being a target
It's amazing their patience with this mission. This has changed the Middle East. I can't wait to see what else they have up their sleeve. It's not a good time to be in the jihad business.
Patience?
They're sitting down to a Michelin three star 11 course tasting menu. Patience doesn't enter into it.

“If you’re boosting the morale of Hamas, you are on the other team. And in November, the ICC’s Trial Chamber approved the arrest warrants,” Mast added. “We have to pass this bill today to prevent this travesty from moving any further and to deter any more illegitimate actions by this kangaroo court to halt or stall the military success of our allies trying to bring hostages home, both American and Israeli and others.”
Translation:
We have to pass this bill today to prevent this travesty from moving any further West and to deter any more actions by this court which would implicate our administration in the war crimes perpetrated and committed outside of our borders.
won't pass the filibuster I guess, still nice and decent.
we should remove any and all legitimacy TJ any court which I courses people from countries that aren't first world constitutional liberal democracies.
it was a complete mistake to give any power, any say, to any of those countries at all on the International scene. we should dismantle all international institutions with actual powers and rebuild them including only our ideological allies in them (and kicking them away if they lose their mind like Ireland did or others), no compromise should exist with western liberal values at any stage.
in which the IDF acknowledges that every soldier is a war criminal.to circle back to the conversation we had a few days ago: no, they should not be allowed into USA or any country. USA has enough PTSD ridden war criminals doing violence already.
The bigger picture here is we are entering quite dangerous times if we are to start allowing military personnel complete anonymity.

So in a nutshell, western liberal values are complete hegemony and domination over the world?
Call me crazy, but for about 90% of the world population that doesn't sound very liberal or esteemed in any kind of "value"

should have complete domination over the world yes. they kinda did until very recently, and that's when things worked fairly well (or at least better than today).
anyway, i am not proposing to force anyone to interact with us.
a country can decide to seal itself from us completly, no trade, no knowledge exchange, absolutely no immigration, no option to buy our assets for their citizens and so on, in which case it's fair we should leave them alone.
you want access to us we decide the rules for access, it's called freedom of association (which only exists if there is freedom to not associate as well arbitrarily)
Patience?

Israel has been incredibly patient by all objective measures. I’d go as far to say that they’ve shown unprecedented levels of restraint over the course of their existence.
Not to say they haven’t committed war crimes and atrocities along the way. But no other country in human history has been in Israel’s situation, so it’s a pretty useless discussion.
My guess is their recent, more aggressive attitude has been influenced by multiple factors, including decades of unprecedented patience not yielding a resolution to the conflict, along with Hamas and Iran foolishly overplaying their hand with the Al Asqa flood.
There’s global pushback happening against leftist ideology all across the western world. Israel’s right wing leadership taking control recently isn’t an isolated incident.

so, the complete opposite of liberalism?
more or less, you want the west to keep being "liberal" while the rest of the world pays for it, by their sweat blood and tears: a worldwide autocracy dictated by a select few
just out of curiosity, when exactly was that time that things worked fairly well?

this is liberalism though.
Good for them.
I'm shocked more European countries aren't more supportive of Bibi given the disaster their countries have fallen into.
Bibi is a hero. He is transforming the entire Middle East. Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah etc are no longer a major threat. When the Houthis are your biggest problem you have done well.
