Pretty weird. I can deposit over 24h , 2k without a issue. Once i bing something, they ask for verification tough the withdrawal before they didnt... anyway i provided the ID , Proof of Funds and Proof of Adress and hop this gets solved asap. Cashed out 2.5k

Accusing me of collusion, something I never ever did. They still haven't deigned to answer me and the worst, they have been silencing and blocking my posts for 3 days, since I stopped being patient and respectful with them.

At this point, in view of the fact that I still do not receive any answer, I hope at least to bother Alex as much as possible.

This drama is funny, because the culprit was goldenturtle lmao

I played with goldenturtle quite a lot and although I no longer play on wpt, let me share my experience:
- He is definitely a winning player.
- Sometimes He punted hard, I would say he's not the type of pro who is calm with swing. So I'm not that surprised with some stupid hands he stacks off with.
- A lot of time he adjusted so hard to make him look like a fish vs certain players for certain reasons I believe.
- some people I think are a little biased when looking at his results and also dont understand how some super loose aggresive players' play. They play a very different strategy from yours doesn't always mean they cant win. I have some friends play highstake online and even though sometimes they play exactly as a fish would do but in the long run they still win on a large sample on different sites. You need to broaden your horizons and accept that different approaches to the game can still be profitable besides being tight and playing solid poker.

Finally, I think it's reasonable to question someone and something that you may feel fishy and sketchy, but dont be so biased when you analyze it so you can never believe anything that is different from your original suspicion.

I suspect that you have reached a staging website or something, can you tell me where you got that link from please?

Over a month and the button not being in the right place every 10 minutes in 2025 is incredible.

You need to provide a more thorough explanation at this point Alex why it hasn't been resolved. I'm going to hazard a guess at this point the work is outsourced and it's not in your control. All efforts should have put this as the immediate and only thing to concentrate before any other issues were resolved since it fundamentally impacts the game in real time and costs money directly and indirectly.

This version wasn't stress tested and has had a profound impact on my ability to concentrate when multitabling; consistently finding myself thinking I'm in or out of position then finding out it's the opposite when I have 3 other tables running.

Hi Alex , it happens twice this month that I leave the table and my money remains locked on the table itself, I tried to open and close it several times but that didn't help either... the result - $700 and no response from the support

I'm sorry that this has impacted you so severely - our team had trouble pinning it down because it was only affecting a few users, not everyone. I can see that the issue was fixed in the codebase a few hours ago, and the target release is the one after next (my guess - it's not in the very next release as the fix hasn't been properly tested yet).

Please PM your user name / ID and I'll look into this. We do have a safeguard in place that will automatically return money to your account after a few hours, but I'm concerned that this has happened to you twice and I should be able to speed this up for you.

When did it happen, what game were you playing, how much money did you have at the table? Any further info to help us find the issue would be appreciated

Hi Alex , I wrote to support immediate after that happens and is not for first time that case. they credited my account with 25$ which is so funny . My minimum buy in is 100$ …. i’m playing 10-12 hours I can’t every day and I can’t remember exact time . But i’m sure you can fix it . And correct this bug

Okay so there was an update today! Yay!

Started playing and was thinking Holy Molly this is as smooth as a cucumber. It feels like actually playing on a real software instead of a chinese imitation.

But then about 40min. in, I get some serious lag, like one full minute of lag. Obviously lose every hand I have, and then on one table I was playing HU, it never came back. Other tables came back after 1 minute, but that HU table just froze in place forever, no more cards, no more action, just 2 dudes sitting there staring at each other.

And then it started feeling like every other session that you play for more than 1 hour, where everything slows down and becomes very painful.

It feels like the lag is always there, ready to hit you like a rivered gutshot. At least before version 2, it was somewhat predictable and constant, where your computer is slowly progressing through muddy waters, sometimes stopping for a few seconds to catch its breath.
Now it feels like the computer is running absolutely top sprint speed right from the get go, meaning it will undoubtedly run out of steam pretty soon, and it might run straight in a telephone pole at any moment.

I mean that's great if it is indeed fixed for the next release, but it impacted everyone I know who plays on the site, making it a statistical improbability that it was only a few users affected. It's the same code being executed and a button moving on a screen.

Update still lags. I really can't fathom that this was the big update coming since August that was meant to have bells and whistles, when it seems all that has been updated and implemented is a 4 cents emoji system.

After taking all the rake from HSP (which I imagine ranges from low to mid 6 figures a month) we deserve better than what you're providing. It's increasingly difficult to be diplomatic. I feel like I'm playing a mobile software port on my PC with updates being stacked on bad code.
