Cheating on the gulf coast
What exactly is going on down south, the same stable of players literally has won every event for the past year.. i know i can't be the only one thinking something smells fishy
Just another person who thinks they know something they don’t. I don’t stake Maurice. I’m done wasting my time responding to someone such as you who doesn’t know what from what
Maurice has name dropped you in interviews as someone he has made money for as a horse when his accusations of not paying back backers came up. "Ask Cody how much Ive made for him"
Maybe you dont stake him in the traditional sense but are you also saying you haven't bought action from him or had pieces of any of his big scores?
Not relevant to the thread but it would be interesting that Maurice name dropped you to vouch for him if you dont stake/back him at all.
I don't know anyone involved, or play in these pools, but if you told me a group of 5-10 pros are studying pool exploits together and crushing 100-300 person $100-500 super soft live fields, I'd say that sounds about right. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to look at a solver output and say "Well the people I/we play against are NEVER doing X, so instead of doing Y we should be doing Z" and then just batching those conclusions to be generally more aggro in certain spots/overfold other spots. These hand histories are from months ago. It's hard to remember, but 4-5 regs with 300k+ earnings saw it. Do you want people to video tape someone? You will never get proof this way.
The proof lies within the statements above. Flap knows the exact stop and even mentioned it before where the cheating occurred. He knows he's guilty and that's why he walked away. "medical"
This scandal has been blasted all over the poker community. It will get eyes on the situation and the results will show.
There is one and only one answer to this.
Because he can.
Just deal with it. It's his personal choice how to use his money, just like it's mine to only fire 1-2 bullets per event. That's my choice.

He buys and backs a lot of people.
He runs his own sportsbook, poker apps, and gets comped for everything.
This is not hearsay. If you're a big name, you'll know cody at some point.

You are missing the point, no one care what he does with his money. I'm just asking why someone that is in the top 1% skillwise in these weak field tournaments take this much of a -EV approach?
This what I assume as his way of making a living, money and bankroll is king it doesnt make sense. If you fire 10 bullets while playing your best and get it in good and keep getting sucked out on i get it but this is just odd, and with the current debate and what I consider unfounded accusations this makes it even more odd to add fuel to the fire.
We are not speak to a millionaire fish that likes to gamble we are talking about a proven successful professional poker player.
People have seen you get chip dumped to and called you out.
That's why you walked away for two levels during a run good event.
Do not lie. There's multiple people at the table who saw this and would vouch. Reputable people too.
LMAO. Please explain with great detail the witnessed chip dump. This is an absurd definitive statement you are using. My profile name is my real name. Nothing to hide, willing to stand by what I say. What is your name? You are very brash, but hiding behind a key board. These accusations are utterly absurd. Please tell us specific names, detail the action in the hand you are peaking of and how you know it was a dump? You can't just vomit this crap on this page and then not go into detail.

Go back and read what flap said.
He says the exact place that this happened at.
He knows the exact incident and even had an excuse ready.
Do not try to discredit me or the other players at the table.
I am an eye witness to the event.

It's amazing how many idiots that haven't been on the internet outside of Facebook are making accounts here now, they didn't even know what twoplustwo was a week ago or that their beroved hero is scum

Proof of what? You keep firing accusations without a single hh or example of chip dumping. Who chip dumped to me? What were the hands? Pretty reckless to double down on the accusation without even recalling an hh.
If I did receive a chip dump what sense would it make to blind off my stack for 1-2 hours? Incredible logic. The burden is not on us to prove our innocence (literally ****ing impossible). Not a single person has shown a shred of ACTUAL evidence of cheating. Why do you think that is???
“Medical”? Yeah I was on the phone with my wife with a paramedic in my room bc I thought I was having a ****ing heart attack.
Sunglasses? Every pair I wear are $5 glasses Warren Sheaves gave me. Come borrow them whenever you want. This **** is getting silly af.
Yall wanna win? Get out of your mom’s basement and put in the work.

But can Cody can vomit out a pump and dump cryptoscam without providing any information as to why it is a good investment?
Incidentally, he is lucky he isn't in jail for that. There are very strict rules, and for good reason, about giving investment advice.

I remember the tournament bc it’s the only one I left for that long. It was a $200 closer event I was playing on my own dime. No one else in that tournament had a piece of me and vice versa. Oh, ****. You didn’t even know I play certain events off stake? Your ENTIRE argument just crumbled.

The "heart attack" you had was because you doubled up in the most obvious chip dump ever.
We called you out and you panic and ran away until the table broke.
People still talk about it.
There will never be "evidence" because no one records other than the casino.
Get out of here with that nonsense.

200 closer? You didn't play the event because you were in the main still.
It's crazy how you ask for hand histories but can't even remember what tournaments you played in.

Sorry, $250 closer* or whatever that event on Sunday was called. Yes I did play it because I have a literal tournament receipt and records of every event I play. I love how randos on the internet try to explain to me what’s going on in MY life.
I busted the main and hopped in the $250.

man.. dont lie.. your rich, you was in the $250 event.. not the little tiny $200... LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL .. you dont owe anyone an explanation Preston, especially the ones that wont show their true identity.
You got chip dumped on day 1 of the 800 main event.
The whole table saw you get CALLED OFF on the river by Jack high. You had flopped an A with A4.
Your friend tried to muck the hand, but the dealer flipped it over and it turned out it was bad.
We called you out and you left. You talked to your friend right after it.
Left for two levels and came back after you saw the table broke.
Poker pros with 300k+ earnings called you out and you know this.
Everyone saw it and we talked about it with the dealer.
The dealer said that was suspicious as well.
Why would we care about someone chip dumped to you in a 200 event with no prize money.
You are incredible at trying to deceive people and that's why you play poker.
WE SAW YOU CHIP DUMP. PEOPLE WATCH OUT FOR THIS.
Pretty much every accusation in live poker has to start with a he said/she said. If Mike Postle hadn't been on camera for dozens of hours, that would have been a he said/she said and Postle could come on here and tell people to "get out of Mom's basement and put in the work".
The fact that the accused are acting like absence of evidence is evidence of absence is bizarre. They are smart enough to know that it's very difficult to prove, or even provide solid evidence of chip dumping/soft playing. They also should expect that when you have a particularly strong set of results and you are known to have pieces of each other that it is going to raise suspicion. If they sat at a tournament table and were with, say, the Foxens, or three Mizrachi brothers and they felt like there was chip dumping or soft play and it cost them tens of thousands of dollars in equity, I don't think they would take too kindly to people flippantly saying things like "okay loser. play better and you might have their results too"
Again, just to reiterate: I don't know if either of them, or any of the other members of their group, have ever cheated. And if they have, I have no idea if it was as small as checking a river where they would ordinarily value bet 1/4th pot or as big as having multiple dealers on the payroll stacking decks for them.
But I think there is at least enough here to warrant a discussion. Are OP/blowman just jealous and making things up to assassinate their character? Possibly. But I for one appreciate that people are willing to come forward with what they have seen. If numerous others verify or have other similar stories, then you can start thinking there may be fire with all the smoke. And if not, the thread will die and most people will strike it up to the intersection of good players and fortunate flops.

I am not missing the point. Your question had no point. My guess was he was having a bad day, and was just mentally spewing. It was a bad choice to make that day, but it sure had a great butterfly effect for him.

I don’t remember this hand nor being “called out” by anyone. Only one person had a piece of me in that event and I’m sure everyone can guess who. Who was this person who called? Bc I assure you they weren’t chip dumping.
I know weird things happen in poker but not everything is a conspiracy. Do you know how many times in my life I’ve been correctly called down by J high lol? People love to try to beat me. Instead of spending your life trying to tear others down, give a little action at the table and maybe you’ll get some in return.
