I looked at your original comments above and since your issues are due to the fact that you don't have DirectX 11, I can't guarantee that the software will ever be compatible with your machine. That is actually correct - the software was originally designed for mobile and has been ported to other devices. v2 is not a feature release but upgraded the core technology that we use to build across multiple platforms, and was designed to improve performance, memory usage, etc. I appreciate it has not gone smoothly for you and I apologise again for that.

WPT Gold not happening? Cant find any info on it

Gold is a different company and I have very little information about it, but my understanding is that they plan to launch soon and the details can be found at https://clubwptgold.com/

I've reported this, hopefully the developers are able to find out what's going on.
As you may have noticed, the Asian side of our business is running a tournament series. WPT Global's 'New Spring Series Lunar Edition', with $8 million guaranteed, started a few days ago with some early Day 1s and the main festival begins this Sunday:
The New Spring Series Lunar Edition (which is actually running now, not in Spring) has six 'trophy events' including a WPT500, and I'm assured that the winner of each of these events will get an actual physical trophy.

Although this series has very much been designed for Asia, there are a few tournaments in the schedule that Western customers might be interested in, especially if you're able to play during the daytime or very late at night. And of course, since these tournaments are shared with the entire network, you can guarantee that the opposition is going to be fishy as hell.
There are also some big freerolls running for players who like to play casino games.

The app is so lag after 2-3 hours of playing. Hard to join 7/8 tables when we need around 10s to open the tables.
That's funny, I had these issues (and many others) a couple of months ago, but now the soft runs as smooth as never.
But I witnessed two bugs:
- All of a sudden all the tables closed for no reason (I restarted the client through task manager and tables popped up again)
- When one player busted and the other sat down, I couldn't see his stack size nor his stats (Stacksize went to negative numbers, like -30. It seems, it counted how much the new player is already down)
Lag is horrendous today and cost me several 100bb+ pots.
When I refresh the lobby, this casino prompt pops up. After 1-2 minutes of freezing, the white pop up comes in. After that I can only get back to poker lobby if I first click on profile, then poker.
This happens regurlarly but not every time I refresh.
And no, I did not accidentally hit the casino button, just did refresh with the scroll of my mouse.
And also, from time to time, button is still first to act postflop.
Alright so I made a list of the bugs and glitches I've encountered so far with the latest update, in no particular order :
-All my tables turning pitch black, with just random cards showing, like 1 flop card on one table, 1 hole card on another. Everything else 100% black. That looked like it was triggered by a Planet Smash animation, which is basically the bad beat jackpot when a high hand jackpot loses to another high hand. It lasted for like 5-10 seconds, and I caught a glimpse of the animation at the end before everything else returning to normal. It didn't even look like the bad beat jackpot was on one of my tables, but it was at one of the stakes I was playing, as the jackpot got depleted right after. This doesn't happen often of course, but it's computer smashing laptop throwing severity, as I couldn't even click any buttons for 5-10 seconds.
-As mentioned above, the lobby keeps returning me to the Casino for no reason. Like I leave a table, Casino! I check the tournaments, Casino! I go to the cashier, Casino! And you can't go back to poker normally, you have to click on profile or cashier or something, the poker button just won't work. Not too bad of a bug, it almost feels like it was put there on purpose to go Casino!
-One of my 2 hole cards showing up face down. So 1 card face up, 1 card face down, good luck. This one felt like it happened as I was trying to open another table, which is when most of the bugs and glitches occur, as everything always just ****s up for like 10 seconds as it seemingly loads the table.
-My filter for cash games keep resetting when I go somewhere else on the app. Like if I click on the Spins or the Tournaments tab, and come back to cash game, it shows me every cash table and I have to select the filters I want every time.
-The button not moving during play still happens. Not cool.
-My folded cards stay up as if I'm moving the cursor over to see what I folded. This one is no big deal, it's just annoying as I'm often not sure for a second or two if I'm still in a hand. The cards do appear shaded though, so you realize quickly that you folded. And that the software is poop.
-The table starter 20% rakeback... this one is terribly broken, as everyone here mentioned I don't feel like I ever receive my fair share of it. What I figured out is that when someone is waiting on a table, I always check the table log to see if that player has hands played on it. So if a player is waiting alone at a table, but has like 50 hands played, I'm 99% sure I don't get any rakeback if I sit him HU, as I won't be one of the first 2 players on the table. I'm also pretty certain that sometimes, even if the player waiting has 0 hands played, he might have sat on a table that was not fully reset, which means that the first two players on it were dudes that were playing before that table emptied up and appeared empty in the lobby. So yesterday I was looking at the lobby trying to start games, but it had like 5 1/8 tables with players who had already played hands on the table. I'm not going to sit those, but I can't even sit a new one as no new table will appear because there are so many 1/8 tables. Add that to the fact that it's so difficult to load new tables with the lag, and that you have basically 5 seconds to get any seat as a HSP, having to refresh the lobby every 5 seconds... there's just no incentive to play HU and start tables.
-The worst of all is the good old pure lag that can happen at any moment, where you can't click anything for up to 1 minute and lose all your hands and your money and your patience and your fun and your desire to exist.
-The longer the session, the worse the overall lag gets. As mentioned here before, opening a new table is just the worse, you basically risk getting gang banged by the lag bug and glitch monsters every time you do.

And I still can't believe that someone somewhere thought that incorporating paying throwables to that disaster of a software was the way to go.
You guys have the best games, and the best game format of all online poker by a large margin in my opinion, but it feels like you can't help shooting yourselves in the foot. In crunch time, when the opportunity was there to gain the market with GG banning high stakes and people looking for options, you just fumbled all the way through with the updates, and now it feels to me like traffic has slowed down on the cash tables. I might be wrong on that, but it feels like there are slightly less games running than a month ago... maybe confirm or deny Alex?
Yes sir. Just a couple of cents, but still enough that even the last of the recs feels like he's just getting laughed at in my opinion.
I would love to see the CVs of the people responsible for such decisions as I think there is a good chance they were employed in the past by another site I used to play on and this is exactly the type of rubbish that helped transform them from a great site to a comedy shitshow.

Games have definitely slowed down. A reg will push through the issues due to win rate but casuals certainly won't.
can you guys reduce the timebank to like 8s? Just to make it a bit faster, like this we get to have even less of a chance to get back in when your software go in freeze mode !
Today was definitely the slowest Sunday I've seen in a long time in terms of traffic.
