Thanks for your wishes. And thank you to everyone else. I’m actually fine. Liberated, really happy to have grinded through the year and come out the other side and happy to be free. I’m sure there will be continued challenges. But 0.0 of them will be because I’m sad about leaving her or regretting it.

Re the kids, the two eldest get to choose who they live with and are both living with me full time. My son is 14 and is still subject to standard rules and they will be 50:50 between his mother and me

That’s awesome. I went on an international sports tour with my son last year. He was under 14s and his team toured Fiji for rugby. Such an incredible experience and great bonding.

Assuming you're going to one of the big cities, both Berlin and Munich are tons of fun and interesting. Build in some time to do some non-karate stuff if you can.

Getting rid of the grains, dairy, and processed trash has been great. Not treating this as a weight loss thing, but rather a lifestyle change for both me and Jr. I feel bad for that kid and his celiacs. We’ve gotten real creative this past month and it’s helped to make him feel included again.

Thanks. He’s just starting to take live competitive reps after his injury back in May so that’s gone super well.
Flying to Frankfurt and then have a 4 hour train ride to the town/city of the event. We have a couple days after the event to do some touristy things before heading home so it will be a blast.
Funny enough I was in Berlin and Munich while Mrs Br see was pregnant with this lilBreeze. That trip has some stories attached to it that have never been told.

Hey Ace, its been a slow start out here. Today was day 29 on the hill for us. During the holidays it was a clownshow out here so we did not ski at all. Its super low tide. We are below 65% normal snow pack, combined with the winds that have been NUKING this past week everything is windscoured, skinny,and kind o nasty. That being said we have had some good days and are looking foreword to some much needed snow this weekend.

Summit has good snow (close to normal pack) but..... very cold and windy past two weeks. I'm at 26. The Queen has barely skied this season but, YEAH, her back injections have done their magic. But with Raynaud's, she's barely ventured out of the house.
