So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
my friend who knows i'm in the process of relocating texted me today saying divorce was imminent and suggesting that we become roommates
so i naturally inquire about wtf is going on since he's married with kids and he tells me that his wife wants to divorce him because he voted for trump
thing is, he's been a trump supporter from day 1 and doesn't have a flag or tshirt or bumper sticker but will talk about it openly, his business is directly tied to government contracting and has done very well under trump, and this is the third time he voted for the guy

Schools are finding ICE goons at bus stops waiting on kids so they can snatch them and force the parents to come get them. Then you know what.
Schools are telling buses if they see this not to let any kids of the bus and to contact their transportation departments for help.

I doubt it. Trump is horrifically incompetent. Not only will his policy of stealing children in order to lure the parents out not work very well (and when it does, deport the wrong type of people), but his actual border policy will probably fail due to his incompetence. Obama and Biden were both better at their jobs, thus the higher number of legitimate deportations.
As you well know, the problem isn't the number of deportations. Deportations are a natural result of a solid border policy. The problem is he doesn't have the slightest clue how to control the border and is instead focusing on hunting down people that are here, paying taxes and working for their families.
It's a total disaster of a policy, just like literally everything else he's trying to implement.
Major difference is that J6 rioters were lied to by the POTUS about the election results. It was not stolen. Trump lost. There was no conspiracy to steal the election. Trump lit the fuse on these tards and set them loose.
BLM riots were because a black guy got murdered by a white cop. POTUS wasn't involved.
If you bring up politicians supporting political violence don’t you think you should mention politicians from both sides. It seems odd that there have been so many politicians that support political violence and you only mentioned all the republican ones.
Also, if you are going to mention that some political violence is based off of a lie you may want to mention that many, and likely most, blm rioters supported the riots based off the lie that the reason so many black men die at the hands of police is because cops are racist.

In the middle of the riots Ayanna pressley encouraged continued "unrest in the streets".
Kamala, like many dem politicians, encouraged the riots to continue and even publicly supported the bail fund to the rioters.

I agree there is a lot of resentment and anger coming from people these days and they voted with that on their mind. We obviously have differing opinions on which side that resentment and anger is more prevalent though. ICE agents were turned away from an elementary school in Chicago today. Teachers and staff stood on business and told them to get lost. Good deal. I started doing my yearly teaching gig this week, so I am in and out of a couple of schools in my area almost daily. I talked to a few of those teachers today about this right after school and it's actually amazing how protective they are of their kids. One of them told me that since our state now allows teachers to carry guns, they are going to start doing so to protect her kids from this.
At least Dems and their sycophants are willing to oppose ICE while a Republican is in office. And really, that's another objective reason why it's better for Trump to be president than a Dem who will do the same stuff.

When did ICE raid schools and churches to take children under a democrat? Also, I don't know if you've been to the part of the country I live in, but they are not "dems and their sycophants." This is deep red territory.
