The broader implications are quite interesting. Have the checks and balances always been so weak that we've just relied on common decency up this point? Could Democrats have been getting **** done this whole time? Why are Democrats so powerless to do anything right now? Is it because the american people voted away the whole country? Is it just having the supreme court in the pocket?
