Hi Sam, the two biggest issues I believe are a lack of enforcement on your fairplay system, many many winning professionals have somehow been allowed to obtain a VIP tag. Therefore we have tables with 6-8 professionals, and the VIPs are getting destroyed. Below is a list of some of them:

And secondly, the HU rake at 100/200cny and below is obscene. 4-5x your competitors rake. Yet if you're restricted as a professional, playing HU to start games becomes your only option.

In the past few pages there hass been a number of issues raised that haven't been addressed. Please review these and reply.
Can you confirm when the button issue will be resolved? Seems to be semi fixed FR but is still very apparent SH.
Also can you get verified by a mod please ASAP. I'd advise no one to PM you or follow any of your external instructions until this has been done. Thanks.
