It has been a couple years since I have been on BlackChipPoker. I have tried loading and get this -> The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\BlackChipPoker\BlackChipPoker.exe
I am in the USA, are they region restricted? I am using an older laptop with Windows 8.
I did the contact form thing and they replied with an email on how to deposit with crypto.
Anyone have any ideas how I can get on, or is the site dead?

Windows 8 does not work there anymore W10+ is needed afaik.
Do you happen to know how to accumulate the award points needed to clear ACR's first depo bonus? Their website says that 1usd per 27,5 award points is released. I would like to know how much one needs to approximately rake to accumulate that amount of points to calculate the true rakeback % the first deposit bonus offers. Thanks in advance if anyone happens to know!
Even by email I tend to get a lot of what seems to be automated responses, sometimes if you insist on live chat (when it is available) or try phone support you can find a human being to listen to your problem and give you some guidance. Sometimes. Good luck!
Does anyone have a fix/trick for getting HHs to save in the destination folder specified in the settings? Mine aren't showing up.
New MTT schedule is even worse then previous one. Tourneys still take hours to reach ITM and then it just plain turbos. somehow they managed to get even worse schedule then previous - I don't get how is such an incompetence possible.
I havent played ACR in a while and saw they had a tourney series coming up so I looked at the schedule and cant believe how bad the structures are. How did their pros sign off on this?
Why would you make a tournament 15 min levels at the beginning during late reg and then cut it down to 7 min levels post late reg/ITM when it actually matters. It makes no sense.
Disappointing because I like the software. The games were tougher than other sites but the great structures deep made up for it.
They would be much better off just lowering the guarantees a bit and making the late reg times max out at 2 hrs with 8-10 min levels. Then 10-15 min levels when we are deep.
Hi sorry if this has been asked before. But ACR tables won’t load when I open them. I’ve tried reinstalling and still doesn’t work is there a fix for this?

Looks like ACR updated today. My hud not working and PT4 can't import hands now. ACR is properly creating the files and saving them in the right directory. I verified the hand history files aren't corrupted. Anyone else having this issue?

So YaPoker is also part of the WPN network, right!?! Any info on it? I guess they all share the same player pool, is this correct???

Thx friend! After a little investigation, one of the differences in between Yapoker and the other skins, is that American players are not accepted on the former!
And as a semi-high volume player, I assume the ELite program is the way to get the max RB, correct???
pt4 not importing hands and cashgame filters are not working..
I also have the same issue with PT4 not importing hand histories. It has something to do with an error in the formatting of the hand histories. As of right now the first line of the hand history looks something like this:
Hand #2401494435 - Holdem (No Limit) - $5.00/$10.00- 2025/03/13 20:47:04 UTC
If you simply put a space after the $10.00 before the dash the first line will become:
Hand #2401494435 - Holdem (No Limit) - $5.00/$10.00 - 2025/03/13 20:47:04 UTC
and PT4 can import it. Right now I only know how to do this manually which is incredibly tedius. This is a quick fix, just need someone at ACR to make this simple change.
