squeeze your eyes tight and imagine the biggest fake check you have ever seen
then think about how long it would take amazon to ship it to you for free
also a good chance doge intervenes somewhere inbetween here and venice beach
otherwise you should have already taken it to the bank

Correct. Terrible implementation of a terrible idea. Instead of separating the view from the data, they seem to have tightly coupled them.
That phone battery in the lower right looks a bit small. Also looks like the phone had a bit of water damage.

kyleb is the talk of Boston sports radio today. Recently Jim Rice was watching a player do BP at Red Sox spring training. The player approached Rice and asked him for comments and was then told by a stat nerd on staff to disregard Rice's advice while still in Rice's presence. It came out today it was a former Driveline guy.
Boston Slappys, man.

Hi pongo!
@ RED,In the November LC thread you recommended that I give this beer a shot if I ever run across it: I still haven't seen one, but look what I saw peeking at me from the cooler at my nearest Whole Foods today:
Spoiler
I expect I'll be seeing red elephants before dark.
awesome tom
you have the memory of an elephant
if you have a wine glass of some sort shaped like the top image i recommend using it
the trunk stem is nothing but fancy play syndrome
not liquid to be consumed quickly or too many degrees below room temperature

LOL--I seem to remember things that are important to me. That brings my memory average up to average.
In my haste I finished the first of the lot without bothering to search for a suitable glass. The can was loaded with info re: ideal temp (41-45* IIRC), 8.2 alc content, one pint and 0.9 ounces (weird way to express it imo), and 50 cl (which I interpreted to mean 50 calories as I had no other guesses). I'm happy! In my moment of joy I bought 2 4-packs, so I have enough opportunities to figure out near optimal conditions for consumption! My greatest concern atm is whether Whole Foods will re-stock.
Very good beer!
50 cl
Half a liter. Otherwise known as one (Imperial) pint and 0.9 ounces.
Belgian beers are much better when they can breath, and the tulip shape getting the aromas to you really enhance the flavor. And I'm not a person who usually fusses about glass shapes, but for a DT or a Lefe, it make a yuuuge difference.

Thanks. So I assume 50 centiliters???
I think I'll stick with the 50 calories though 😃
Agree about the glassware, but sometimes you just gotta pop-a-top and make do. I'll be scrounging through the kitchen cabinets in the morning though.
