RFK - Make America Healthy? again?
I believe this guy is going to need his own thread.
Oh yeah, they had a choice alright.
A choice between feeding their kids and paying the mortgage and not feeding their kids and not paying the mortgage.
But they had a choice, so it's all good.
Maybe they should choose to get vaccinated then, huh? Do you not think employers should have the right to require things like this of their employees?
I see. A forced choice. Who made that choice for them?
Do you not think employers should have the right to have requirements for employees? Have you ever proposed limitations like that as a law? Who should stop them from having these requirements?
Should I be able to require vaccination to enter my home? Or should you be able to do that if you were so inclined?
The sustained level of whining we've seen over a vaccine(but especially in a pandemic) is some of the all-time snowflakey behavior ever. I'm hesitant to even offer it up for top of the list because some real-life boomer meltdowns over masks are still Vividly imprinted in my mind 😀
doesn't matter in the slightest when discussing what objectively happened.
here you have people denying facts.
lake denies mandates happened because "you have a choice" which is the same as denying taxes exists because you can always attempt to evade the.
gorgo denial is subtler (16y old semantics instead of 12y old) because he thinks "to force" someone requires physical compelling necessarily, but the dictionary objectively disagrees with gorgo
l

acknowledging what happened is the first step. when the radical leftist monsters are able to do that we can discuss if the reaction to that unprecedented (for the USA at the federal level) state attempted violence in healthcare matters was exaggerated or not

You ain't seen nothing yet bud. Wait till people really wake up and realise what was done to them.
Then you'll see some whining.
mask mandates were obviously far more intrusive and damaging to the life of many people than vaccine mandates, it's all about how much you think the injection is damaging to you and how much you dislike wearing a mask.
for me mask mandates were 1000x more damaging than the vax mandate and for a lot of other people I know as well.
having a full beard and having to fulfill a mask mandate is horrendous especially in hot season, truly dramatically life altering if it's more than a few minutes.
which btw it's why surgeons and people who work with them cannot have a full beard, it's basically impossible to properly fit a surgical mask or similar with a full beard, and not to suffocate in it basically

If you require people to get vaccinated to enter your home and they want to enter your home then you are applying force to make them comply. Whether they succumb to that force or not is irrelevant.

My question was do you think companies should be allowed to set such requirements for employment, and do you think I should be allowed to set such requirements for entry to my home?
Hello? BJ? You were so upset about all these "forced choices" that companies were putting on these people, but you are stopping short of saying they shouldn't be allowed to do it?
Should they or shouldn't they be allowed to do that? Should be an easy answer, no?
If that's not what we are discussing, what are we discussing?
Oh yeah, they had a choice alright.
A choice between feeding their kids and paying the mortgage and not feeding their kids and not paying the mortgage.
But they had a choice, so it's all good.
How are you not bringing up companies requiring vaccinations for employment here? What exactly are we talking about in that post of yours then?
We are talking about whether people were forced or not. Genius.
So when you said:
Oh yeah, they had a choice alright.
A choice between feeding their kids and paying the mortgage and not feeding their kids and not paying the mortgage.
But they had a choice, so it's all good.
Were you talking about employers requiring employees to be vaccinated in order to keep their jobs?
Yes or no?
Could you show me when I ascribed an argument to you that you didn't make? Or do you just not know what a straw man is?
No point because you would just do your normal disingenuous gaslighting thing and we wouldn't get anywhere.
IT's a complete waste of time discussing anything with you to be honest. But we already know that.
It's fun though (sometimes).
For the record, I very much enjoyed that moment where you realized you were backed into a corner and were going to have to panic and find a way to not answer. Made my day. Hell, when I do such a good job I can make even YOU realize you've lost, you know I'm doing a bang up job.
lolololol

Oh THERE IT IS.
Run along now.
lololol
We both know what just happened.
Why oh why won't you just answer the question BJ?
WE MAY NEVER KNOW
lolololol
Yawn.

he knows he's arguing in bad faith, he doesn't care
The mRNA phase 3 methodology only tested participants if /when they reported symptoms, which means it could only detect symptomatic infections, thus could only report on the reduction of symptomatic infections.
Can you point me to the follow-up studies that showed a reduction in transmission? It's been a long time and don't recall seeing those.

There are definitely more, but I found these relatively quickly.

LOL
That's what peer-review is for, Gomer.
And also that the data is public and the findings are reproducible, particularly with the same results found by the other study I linked to with no such COI.
Let's just ignore all that and cast FUD though. And ignore that you ran away from the previous discussion with your tail between your legs, coward.
lol Gorgie - Forced at gun point, no. But there are other methods of force. Like, "do this or you're fired". By your narrow definition, no one has ever been force to do anything. There's always a choice.
Oh ok so if the state threatens you with legal consequences if you don't do something, it's still a choice.
Something, or the covid shot? I want to know if you're goalpost shifting or not because I'm not aware of anyone being threatened with legal consequences if they refused to get the clot shot.

lol this is so soft.
Also, no, that's not why doctors shave for mask fittings. It has to do with having a proper seal and reducing contamination.
