Try a different browser. I have been using Chrome, but today it didn't work, but I tried Opera and it worked fine. Another friend had the problem last night, but was able to get in today.

I had to delete my browser cache yesterday to get it to work.

This. Although had to reset my custom settings.

The issue comes if you always allow the site to know your location. I was having the same issue. I just did a reset of my chrome settings so it would forget my selection. Then when you log in to WPT just allow it this one time. Then you won’t have the issue.

I hit Quads 3x in 2-3 hours at the Horshoe in Chicago one night (tbf I was in disbelief lol). The only logical conclusion is the live Chicago dealer rng is also rigged.

I would like to know where these bad players are from - not like the Global player pool, which is US and Canada.

Google shows other English-speaking countries and France (all of EU?), but in 5SC thru 20SC tournaments the majority of players have no clue. Very strange.

Pretty sure they are all from the USA. ClubWPT just did a way better job marketing their site than Global. Guys like Doug Polk and Brad Owen used YouTube to get thousands of players each to sign up to the site and deposit. The result is that the games are full of players that have never played online poker before and have no idea what they are doing.

All you have to do is read the Terms and Conditions for any poker site to see who is allowed, ClubWPTGold is USA and parts of Canada. I don't think they've launched for Canada yet though. Literally the same player pool allowed as Global Poker who's name doesn't have the same reach as WPT in the poker space

I've been a bit out of the loop on this site - is there any plans for multi tabling announced?

They keep saying soon on multi table, they also say soon for PLO. I don't even know what soon means anymore

Anyone having withdrawal issues? March 30 withdrawal still pending. Prior withdrawals had no issue.

Ive had one pending for a while now too. Sent in requested docs etc

ive had 3 withdrawals, all reach my bank acct in less than 48 hours. the last one was a few days ago

My 2nd withdraw on 4/1 went through in 48 hours. They didn't even ask me to fill out a W-9 form again.

I've been having account issues (I might make a whole different thread about that) and support is slow as molasses in January. Anyone know of a good way to get in contact with Club WPT other than through their support group?

Also, as to the withdrawals, once I got my W-9 filled out for my first withdrawal, it was almost instantaneous approved and hit my bank account within 48 hours as well.

Is there a limit for number of withdrawls/month?

They have a discord where an employee sometimes posts lol, just post your issue in this thread so everyone can see it

Will do, it's kinda a long story. I couldn't find their discord online, is there an invite link or is it restricted access lol.

TLDR: My brother played on WPT before I did, lost money, charged back his credit card to get the money back, and got banned for it. Totally fair, I didn't know this had happened though. I started playing a couple weeks after this happened, took second in their inaugral RunGood Ring Event, went to withdraw, and after doing a bunch of ID verification and stuff, they banned me for being "associated with my brother" and said that I would be banned until he "resolved his issue with them." (They didn't tell me what the issue was, so as you can imagine I was pretty pissed off. That's when I talked to my brother and found out what had happened). I really want to talk to an actual person to plead my case, rather than a support rep who has to follow policy and is completely inflexible. I asked the support lady if she could escalate the matter to her supervisor, and she said that she did, but it's been a month and radio silence.

I would try to DM their Twitter/X account. They seemed to be very helpful behind the scenes even with their daily public memes.

Do you live in the same house/have the same IP? Did you use the same credit card?
