He could just do the WSOP Circuit and make a decent living and not be tied down to one place. He doesnt seem to mind dealing and even seems to enjoy it. He could even pick and choose which stops he does so he could have extended time off. Not sure why he doesnt go this route but to each their own. He'd be playing 2/5 in no time. New York permanent resident status likely provides better Medicaid/ Food Stamps / ACA plan options than what Nevada offers. Can also be on a combined auto insurance policy with his parents. He is smart enough to game systems and or his parents for max lifestyle comps with minimal effort, though dumb enough to expose leaks which turn off the comp faucets like his four daily CET beverage exploitation videos.

If Diesel is doing that, his fraud will quickly be found out. He's got to submit a 1099 that he got for dealing. NY officials are going to wonder how a NY resident worked for 3 months in NV. They're going to ask where he lived the other 9 months of 2024.

Not likely. And It was only 2 months.
It's not like people making 15k a year claiming to be NY residents who really are outside of NY 183+ days a year are some high priority for them. In fact he might be the only person claiming he lives in NY who doesn't since for any sane person that's a tax nightmare.
