[QUOTE=Crossnerd]
The court said that an ongoing Genocide is plausible. In other words the court accepted the prima facie case for genocide.
But since when do we need courts to decide for ourselves if some crime happened. The court could say anything and you wouldn't accept it as true, right? You're going to make up your own mind. What you have going for you in this case is a lot of documentation and transparency. YOU can the the judge!
You can get started with intent. There is a compilation of 500 statements made by Israeli decision makers demonstrating their intent to commit genocide. The dead bodies of innocent people followed. So I will grant you a difference between the Nazis and these current Israeli fascists. While the Nazis played coy with their evolving intentions for Jews and other undesirables, being careful not to spell out what they were doing, the Israelis don't seem to care who knows what they are doing. They are very confident that their face hugging of the governments in the West is not going to be interrupted. They've bought the politicians and have their tentacles wrapped around the head of our body politic and they have no concern for appearances. As a consequence we have their intent to genocide documented in various open statements made by Israeli state planners and executives.
“I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed,” “We
are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly"
- Yoav Gallant, Israeli Minister of defense
Yoav doesn't give an f, I'll give him that. He has a lot of entries in the compilation. Also Yoav:
"After making the northern part of the gaza strip inhabitable - "the campaign will last for months to come and include the
southern area of the strip"
There is a database of about 500 similar statements signaling the intent of the Israelis to genocide and ethnic cleansing. It's just a hop and a skip on Google to find them. If you have the intent and you have the bodies you have the crime. There is no need to get hung up on semantics when this kind of atrocity is the subject. You can either accept the plain truth or be a genocide denying liar.
-Makes claim

Did I just figure out the radical leftist playbook?

Did I just figure out the Western liberal playbook?

Did I just figure out the radical leftist playbook?
Not quite. I can only speak for myself. Most of the radical left are very gentle people with no guile. They would not use my playbook:
- Make claim you know is not quite accurate and ops will correct
- Get ops to admit all kinds of other things in the discussion about the slightly inaccurate claim
- Present a clear and cogent analysis in rebuttal
- Find other ways to waste time
I used to run Israel’s security agency – now I’m sounding the alarm about our extremist government
Ami Ayalon is a former director of Shin Bet and a former commander-in-chief of Israel’s navy

I spent close to 40 years working as a public servant for the state of Israel, including as commander of the navy and head of the Shin Bet, protecting Israel and defending it from external and internal threats. Several weeks ago, along with 17 other colleagues who have also dedicated their lives to Israel’s security and welfare, I made a decision that the future of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state is so under threat that it is not just my responsibility, but obligation, to sound the alarm.
The 18 of us took out a full-page advert in two major Israeli broadsheet papers. In it, we made clear that the very fabric of the state of Israel and the values on which it was founded are being eroded. The truth is that our hostages in Gaza have been abandoned in favour of the government’s messianic ideology and by a prime minister in Benjamin Netanyahu who is desperate to cling to power for his own personal gain. Our government is undermining the democratic functions of the state to shore up and protect its own power. It is forcing us into a perpetual war with no achievable military objectives and which can only result in more loss of life and hatred.
...
Concerned for the future of our beloved country, I supported the publication of our advert in translation in the UK Times newspaper on 17 April. It is no longer enough to keep this discussion solely within the borders of Israel. We need to make sure that our allies abroad understand how grave the danger is. We need our friends from outside Israel to express their support for the Israeli people and not an extremist government committed to unravelling the fabric of the state.
This applies to governments who are Israel’s allies and Jewish communities around the world who we regard as our greatest friends. It is for this reason that I and many others embroiled in the struggle for Israel’s future were so pleased to see members of The Board of Deputies of British Jews – the UK Jewish community’s largest representative community body – speak out in solidarity with us and in support of this existential battle we are waging. The 36 individuals who wrote a public letter expressed the exact concerns and sentiments that we have been articulating on the streets, week in, week out.
These people are true friends of Israel. It is not easy to speak out and I commend them for their bravery. I know that they will now face a backlash. However, so many of us leading the struggle in Israel wish that more of our friends in the diaspora would follow their lead. To be a supporter of Israel today means to speak out against this extremist government, not to sit on the sidelines in silence or, worse still, conduct a business-as-usual relationship, meeting government officials and presenting an image of a global Jewry united behind the Israeli government.
The crisis we are facing is existential. If we cannot build enough momentum to create a course correction, the very existence of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state is under threat. Silence is a show of support for the Israeli government. Punishing and berating friends that speak out is undermining our struggle.
Israeli bulldozers are
in Gaza.the Israeli army has destroyed 719 water wells since October 7.
But it's not genocide because because.
We in the U.S. are being collectively punished, by extension, for our political corruption at the direction of Zionists. This Trump regime is an absolute disaster across the board. Everything is being degraded. Lots of wealth is being lost and it's all because the Democrats refused to give any concessions on this issue of genocide and ethnic cleansing. That's why Trump is in power, it's why he won the election. If you are a U.S. citizen and you are looking at your 401K lose value and you don't care because "damn it, that Palestinian suffering bothers the Left I and I would pay price to dampen their mood" then congratulations you are one of the few segments getting what you want even if it's at a great cost to you.
You can call it what you what, a genocide, an ethnic cleansing, the fulfillment of a prophecy in your bullshit voodoo religions, but there is no denying the cost. This is extremely expensive and when your part of the bill really comes due you're not going to be thinking about "the libs" or "the cultural Marxists". You're going to be thinking about yourself, your plight, and why you were so stupid.
Dems definitely made this happen. they preferred to murder a bunch of children even if it meant Trump would win.
These people were cheering that they got Trump elected at the expense of everyone else’s wellbeing when they thought he was bringing about a permanent ceasefire. Now that he’s doing everything we knew he would, it’s the Dems fault.
it was always the Dems fault. you arent wiping that stink off. and yes, we cheered the ceasefire.
Certain people wanted to elect the fascist. Every accusation is a confession or something.
ofc the people that voted for Biden and Trump wanted that
As linked above, Dems never once tried for a cease fire. And as linked months ago, Dems ignored I ternal data showing Gaza could cost them the election. And I polling afterwards, Gaza was the main reason they lost.

So much for things being “pretty good”.
There are a lot of countries where the government hates America and Israel while supporting Hamas. People could move instead of choosing to live in a Western hellhole.

Dems never tried for a ceasefire, except for that ceasefire that was negotiated and hamas broke
that was negotiated by Trump via Witkoff. maybe you missed that story.
but I am much more interested in how Hamas broke the ceasefire. thats the type of absolutely fantasy world stuff that I really want to hear about. oh wait, I just remembered, Supremacists like yourself dont feel that any rules should apply to Israelis nor that they should keep their signed promises to the subhumans.

The ceasefire expired.
Both sides accused the other of violating it while it was ongoing, but it more or less held. But it expired, so here we are.
Hamas for its part probably doesn't have the weapons to perform anything but guerrilla operations at the moment. Which is why they desperately need a protracted ceasefire, so that the UN can rearm them via smuggling.
