Without rakeback it’s going to be tough long term.

I can still log in via Browser like normal but everytime I try to log in via new client for multi-tabling > I get this generic error message from lack of ability to geocode location properly. I attempted logging in from 3 different devices / computers and continued with same error messages.

Geolocation working fine in CT, but holy lord glitchy Batman!

You guys locked are probably the lucky ones. Massive headache just 4 tabling MTTs for the 1st hour. Too many issues to list.

And what a dumb MTT schedule to boot. Just keep the old one with a few bigger Gtd then this 50 player Gtd ones. I frigging started the $22 6max heads up LMAO

They are blowing money left and right on marketing and freerolls. Not on the actual things that matter though.....like the software

Yeah, the rake probably ends up being about 2.5 - 3x what it is on other sites post rakeback. Games have to be amazing to make it worth it.

Global poker and WSOP both cap rake at 2/5 to 5/10 at 4-5 bucks. ClubWPTGold is taking $8 in the 2/4/8 game. Also, way more hands go postflop in the ante game, so there are significantly less 0 rake pots won. These sites both have solid rakeback as well.

Yes. Mine completely locked up this morning. Tonight I had some freezing and the red bar, but it would only last a second or two.

No issues with freezing or crashing. New table defaulting to the smallest size is super annoying. Also distortion of the fonts at different table sizes needs work. And, for the love of God, please a wait till BB and sit out next bb button. Overall encouraged but hoping to see some prompt updates with fixes/upgrades.

Only when I try to close the table by hitting the x button in the top right. If I use their drop down menu to close the table properly I don't freeze up.

I cant even get the download to finish on Windows, frozen at 100% but it wont complete.

Amazing that I also live in Vegas and noticed Rampage multi tabling last night yet I still can’t successfully log into their new app client due to failure of geolocation despite my browser still working normal allowing me to log in fine.

When I contacted them about the app geolocation not working they told me that if you are able to login on your browser then you have to also be able to login on the app. Then they stopped replying lol

When you release a downloadable client and the only difference from the web browser is multi table......you can't be taken serious as a poker site. Soft NL games but the site is as unimpressive as it gets

Are you using a hotspot by chance?

Nope, standard Verizon home Internet that works fine anytime I log in with the browser. I’ve attempted the new client app using both windows PC and Mac laptop with no success and same exact generic geolocation issue. Their support has yet to reply back to my ticket yesterday too.

Shocking that people are still complaining. 4 table max, no notes, no rakeback, highest rake lol. Please keep playing here.

Are you bordering a banned state?

Same here, can login on the browser, can login on my phone all on the same wifi. Yet on the client I get the error message about being in Washington, idaho, etc.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Are you close to a bordering banned state? Have you tried reinstalling geocomply and the app in that order? Do you live in an isolated area without WiFi devices for triangulation? Are you using a hotspot as internet?

No, I am in the same Vegas valley that Rampage did a multi table live stream last night.

I remember a while back I had to allow Chrome browser access for geolocation but never had that pop up or option for this new app client.

Seems to be a common app specific geolocation issue as the mobile browser still works. This seems to be affecting a lot of users hopefully WPT global addresses this issue in an app update soon.

Also noticed there is an (add table)on the pull down options on mobile but it simply says to download the app hopefully they are working multi tabling on the mobile browser as I feel most recreational players are playing on phone/ipad.
