I believe he’s still currently has Diamond thru this year but mentioned he won’t be able to retain it for next calendar year. His demise really began when he lost out on his 4 daily Diamond drink vouchers after also smugly bragging that inflation didn’t affect him and exposing his little trick to double dip vouchers around the midnight hour.

Imagine someone from Corporate seeing some of his videos then just immediately changing the perks and policies so homeless ragged Vagrants couldn’t game their system anymore.

Nope, the drought sent them to Lake Tahoe.

Huh? They gave him a middling car, some securities and have him on their health/car insurance, plus whatever help they gave to get him into Cornell. Half of last year he was eating rice with mayo and dealing at Orleans like he’s in the Dead Presidents from Point Break. It’s not like he’s partying and having his parents subsidize his lavish lifestyle. I know lots of people that still use their parents’ credit card, Diesel should not be lumped in with those leeches, he’s a good steward of his parents money. Plus they are probably thrilled he isn’t on SSDI with the way his mind has deteriorated since he started the vlog.

Now what we really need is AP slots rounders, Diesel scouts the plays and Trooper does the button pushing.

I’m also a little confused why some of these low limit grinders don’t utilize public assistance programs like section 8 housing or EBT aren’t these programs for ppl like Rice and Trooper? Having free food and housing would actually make their poker situation viable.

Several here have speculated Rice is using Medicaid from NY or his parents pay for his health insurance. Others speculated he's his SNAP benefits with his low income. Even if he made $15 an hour, which many here doubt, his mileage across the country, all his rooms/Airbnb, and other expenses would probably almost zero out his income if he's finally his taxes properly on a Schedule C.

So in Diesel's latest, he answered this question "Is it easier to make a living as a YouTuber or a poker player?"

He admits in 2021 at Bally's in about four months, he LOST money playing actual poker but crushed the promos and won decent overall. Imagine losing money at poker, at Horseshoe 1-3 no less. How do you lose money at a nit joint? You can steal blinds left and right to survive. Raise pre and c bet flop and win. That's telling to how bad Diesel is that he doesn't know how to stay afloat and outpace the blinds while waiting for hands.

I can understand losing money at poker over a period of time in crazy wild games cause of variance. But he lost money in a promo room. His game couldn't outpace the blinds. That's scary.

But you can't just claim you are self employed year after year and turn a minimal profit ie not enough to support oneself or have a net loss for 10 years running can you? There are certain criteria one must meet in order to be considered self employed by the IRS. And off the top of my head, going from casino to casino across the country just to play 1/2 cash games I mean cmon anyone can see all that travel expense isnt necessary.

In today's youtube short ELD does financial analysis on pizza and determines it is a better deal to get two to four other people to buy an entire pizza and get a much cheaper price per slice.

Exactly. The 400k subs as a Homeless Vegas man "gaming" bottom limit poker/comps Youtube channel would earn him, what, $4k a month from Youtube? He'd be the equivalent of a street homeless guy begging for donations, then come 5pm, he clicks the car alarm of his nearby late model Mercedes Benz, and drives away for the day.

If he was smart, since he doesn't care about quality, he'd determine it's a better deal to buy a cheap Walmart toaster oven, cheap pizza crust, mozzarella and pepperoni, and bake his own pizza slices daily.

I believe this loss was the best thing to happen to him. He basically quit playing regularly beyond his April 2025 last hurrah hours challenge, and decided poker dealing is a much better path to living the way he likes vs. the continued dwindling income derived from poker the past few years.

Trooper should take the same path, but he is content riding out his MEGA grift as far as he can take it.

Yeah…that’s not a reaction of a dude that had 6 figures in a 401k more like a guy that isn’t sure how to pay for the hotel next week

Does pretending to play poker meet the requirement of trying to find employment?

ELD states that Miracle Mile actually owns the parking garage for PH.

ELD reports completing Orleans onboarding and now has an apron and must buy a black polo shirt since Orleans does not have uniform shirts anymore.

ELD predicts future parking garage runs and seeks to time the various paths from the Aria parking garage, the Cosmo parking garage, and the Bellagio parking garage to PH poker room. This will be a series of directions videos.

ELD complains that he has to stay in town for EDC and had to leave Harrah's due to EDC rates when he could be spending time with Herbs and Rye in California or Arizona. It is unclear on who will pay for steaks now that ELD has a salary.

ELD anticipates he will someday stop working at Orleans and take extra shifts at Paris for the WSOP (can wear the same PH uniform) while working at PH and get a room at Harrah's in order to not have to commute from the airbnb, notwithstanding the fact that ELD is a perfect driver who can drive in strip traffic flawlessly.

ELD complains about the "Brutal Stretch" the three days of double shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In effect every weekend will be a no room/no sleep challenge.

I see this with this with team ropers in rodeo. Go from jackpot to jackpot, basically like a tournament circuit, in a truck their parents bought, with fuel their parents pay for, on a horse their parents bought pretending to be a pro. They may pay an occasional entry fee, but almost always live at home or with girlfriends all the while pretending to be pros.

I literally paid $280 for 4 hours of mowing at my house, yesterday. He did maybe 3-4 acres. His mower was down for almost an hour tho.

Then I turn around and pay $500 to have 10 acres mowed. He used a tractor but it took 2 hours.

I know every one here crushes life, but Im one hour from DFW and anyone with any work ethic could be making $200+ a day doing easy day labor.

Tim's old an even tho I can do it, I won't hold him to my standards. Rice and Bob are too fat tho a little work would prob fix that.

Easy to make money right now. If I was a young aspiring pro I'd be in Texas doing day labor and grinding weekend games.

Absolute classic meltdown, i had to watch it once more even though ive watched it 3 times before. The way his wheels is spinning in his head when he reports he is done after 1 hour and he had enough. Its like his brain cant comprehend what is happenning,pure gold.That is a guy who is facing the painful reality that he is been struggling to face for years: he cant beat the games anymore, he cant handle any type of swings and he is done for now playing.

If people here really thinks this reaction is coming from a guy with solid 6 figures in the bank,i dont know what to say really.

Edit: This is on par with older peak Trooper vlogs, when he goes on tilt in wild games and losing 1300-1400 bucks and then proceeds to tell the camera about how good the games was with multiple dudes blasting off for several buyins into the game. Yeah, and you are one of them Timmy.

He got out nitted by an even bigger nit. Nobody at 1/2 is folding a flopped set to a $95 raise with a possible flush on the river. After 10 years + of playing 1/2 and he got that steamed over losing $180 in that manner well I just don't know what to say about all that. Except for stick with dealing.

It is pathetic. As a kid I remember any time it snowed a lot going around with my brothers and shoveling people's drive ways and digging people's cars out for money. And there were tons of other kids doing that. I never see any kids doing that today.

Knowing absolutely nothing about rodeo this sounds a lot like busto fake pros in poker.
I remember once playing some 400 dollar plo circuit event. I might have played three tournaments that year which is a lot more than usual.3 bustos at my table literally swapped at the table as we were about to start. And on break those 3 would have a little convention with another 5-6 guys from the tournament. It definitely had a clicky vibe in what maybe have been a 100-150 person tournament. One of them just had to comment non stop about hands because in addition to being a busto he was also apparently a Phil Ivey level expert. I dusted most of my chips to a random and of course he didn't approve of my play. A few hands later I'm out and go over to Aria to play plo cash. A few hours later the expert walks in and I see him go to a game. I have to know what high stakes game this next level player is playing so I walk over to his table and see he's min bought the 1/2 plo game.

And yea any young grinder should be putting in tons of hours where the best games are and ideally have some kind of side hustle to get out of low stakes asap. lol@ these 2 knuckleheads grinding dirt stakes in crappy Vegas 1/3 nl for years and year spinning around the hamster wheel. Low stakes justes eats up too much of your expenses and that's if you're good, which clearly Trooper and Mr "Top 1 percent" are not.

The Red Rock aces meltdown will always been entertaining. I LOVE when regs especially nit regs have meltdowns but usually that involves throwing cards and tilting off money not running out of the casino and leaving the state. I gotta give Rice credit for originality.
It also had the classic anger when a nits bluff doesn't work. In his head it was such an elaborate play. He was probably even snickering internally when he put in the raise. And then when it doesn't work boom meltdown!

This is the first video I’ve watched since the hair on floor incident. He is working five days a week at Orleans. Would probably buy five black polo shirts and wash during the off day, especially since three of the five days he is planning to double shift, so no time to wash, especially if he’s staying on the Strip. I did enjoy the laundry service at a laundromat in the Silver Slipper Mall (RIP). They washed, dried and folded for you, which was very convenient when I had extended stays including a work stay, but that would blow up his laundry budget.

The Silver Slipper was the first place I played poker in a casino, a low stakes seven card stud game in the 1990s.
