Thank you for posting this.I now realize why I watched a bunch of his videos.I've got problems. I made MANY stupid decisions/mistakes in my life! HOWEVER, compared to Rice, I'm like a mega genius. Rich like the Monopoly Man! I have dated some WONDERFUL women. I OWN the condo I live in, AND have it paid off! I own COMMERCIAL properties, have 2 businesses, have investments.H

You have all that and you still have a need to watch someone that's not doing as well as you to make yourself feel better about your life?

I'd say a majority of his viewers are people not doing well in life and look up to him or people that aren't doing well and just projecting.

You're beasting in life, don't be "miserable".

the trooper was a guy in his 40s that was a career waiter and part time poker dealer and always in between jobs and a degnerate gambler dressing like a high school skater before he became a youtube vlogger.

I don't know why people think he's this capable, higher performing, crusher that has the aptitude to move up in stakes and get millions of subscribers on youtube.

You have to realize that this version of him is him crushing it in life, he met a girl that's better off than him and is loyal to him and loves him. The trooper hit the lottery already.

Trooper is at his peak.

Trooper found a brain dead woman who will support him financially, and doesn't realize how big a loser he is.
That's top 1% territory right there for a deadbeat loser.

Exactly the gravy train cannot last forever. Then Trooper will become a Nomad and have to move to Desert Manor and/or work at UPS as per ELD's recommendations for recently homeless Las Vegans.

Rice will be even more motivated to deal a ton of hours next year with the No Tax on Tips bill making significant headway today, assuming it finishes the process.

Trooper with a big dent in the 2025 profits.

Trooper complains about EDC and the EDC drug users non poker players. There are fumes of paint thinner and nail polish according to Trooper. Trooper reports rain and dust storm weather conditions.

Trooper procrastinates and he predicts will not earn his 50 hours at Ballys.

Yeah wow loses $533 that sucks. At least the game was good though.

Yes, the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor with that one.

Time for Timmers to ‘take another shot’ at the Tuesday afternoon 5/T game at the Bellagio..

This might be the only thing that Tim is good at: Big (for him, not the rest of us) Losses in "Good Games"

Trooper just cant imagine only having 8 days to get 24hrs of poker in......

but he reckons he could grind poker 12 hours a day if he didnt have to vlog.

He cannot possibly comprehend that people wouldn’t give 2 craps if he didn’t vlog for two days so he could grind out the 24 hours. Not a person on the planet is hitting F5 waiting for another 8 minutes of B roll and ranting from this moron to drop.

This “I must put out vlogs daily because I’m the OG” blah blah blah bullshit instead of trying to get into some freeroll is how losers think.

How sad is it that he started his unfinished business comeback tour 1.5 months ago and his goal from the beginning was to complete the 50 hours at Horseshoe for the Tournament. After all that time and practically all his play at Horseshoe during that time he has only amassed 26 hours and will likely fail now. lol

Not that Trooper's faculties were very high to begin with,
but anyone else thinking Trooper's faculties have slipped a bit lately?
Maybe months of inhaling powdered sugar will do that to you.

Like Trooper said, in one of his rare moments of honesty, he is a world class procrastinator.
I would not be surprised if Trooper's procrastination had something to do with the collapse of his candy empire.

by parisron

The comment section is pure comedy gold. This is from one of the
Troopers, "Shake it off Troop! You're too good to not run up a huge bankroll. Get back out there and GO FINISH!"

Didn’t you move down to 2/5? Haven’t seen you play 5/10 at the B in years

Geez, I have 22 hours and I don't even live in Vegas. My last time there I put in a 12 hour day (straight) and that made me decide to quit. I didn't play at all for 2 days. So naturally, now I want to try to get the 50.

When I was working a lot over the week, and could only play on weekends, a 12+ hour session was considered normal.

Sometimes I would start 10ish or 11sh Saturday and catch the Friday night hotel guests waking up and knew it was time to rack up and go home when I noticed the Sr. Citizens starting to roll in for the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. Laze around the house the rest of Sunday to be bright and chipper for the early Monday morning status meeting.

This was early 2000s, I am one of the miserable losers Rice talks about, I was only pulling about $140k/yr working for the man (but it had a good benefit package).

My last 12 hour that I mentioned above was immediately preceded by 8 hours on the road, plus I'm old as dirt.

The one time he played 5/10 he complained about some guys at the table talking too much strategy which might have made him uncomfortable. Combine that with the loss and he never played in the game again.

Yes, I'm old as dirt too. Last session I played I started about 6pm. Grinded a 300 buyin to 800, my top set didn't boat up against a straight around midnight, added on another 200, hit a nice flush draw around 3am, and finished up 1600 when the game broke at 5am.

Then I had a really beautiful early Sunday morning stroll for about 2 miles to some loading docks where I helped a friend load a truck with produce for his vegetable stand.

After that, this old man was as tired as the Trooper at 8pm when he hasn't slept in the last 10 hours.
