Israel has a fleet of surveillance drones constantly hovering over the tiny strip of land that is Gaza, monitoring every inch of the territory. The incessant whine you hear every time you watch someone there being interviewed is from one of those drones. They are Israel’s eyes on the enclave. If you are outside in Gaza, you might as well be living in the Truman Show.
Were Hamas stealing aid in Gaza, Israel would easily be able to document it. It would have the video footage from its drones. The fact that it has not provided any footage showing Hamas’ theft of aid – its ransacking of aid trucks, or its fighters smuggling themselves into aid warehouses – is confirmation enough that Israel has simply invented this claim to rationalise its plans to starve the people of Gaza to death through months of an aid blockade or force them to flee into neighbouring Sinai, whichever comes first.

Bill, there are literally hundreds of videos on the internet of armed men commandeering aid trucks. Additionally, there are countless videos of unarmed Palestinians being tortured/shot/murdered for "stealing aid" by said armed men.
Hamas doesn't even hide it. They advertise that they take control of all aid and will severely punish anyone who tries to "steal" aid outside of their control. They are literally sending out social media messages warning Palestinians who receive aid directly from the US/Israel they will be punished for it. This has been going on the whole time.
Mondoweiss isn't reality. You really need to branch out; there is a whole reality you are missing because of the narrow propaganda you consume.
There are reports from Gaza that a small PA affiliated militia that calls itself "Counter Terrorism Apparatus" is operating completely independently of Hamas in parts of the Gaza Strip. This is an interesting development because it indicates some belief in a post Hamas future for the Palestinian people of Gaza. If these Palestinians thought Hamas was going to regain control, they would not be operating freely, as they know Hamas would ruthlessly torture and murder all of them in reprisal.
It looks like the partisan battle lines are team Islamofascism: which includes UNRWA, Hamas, Hezbollah, Turkey, Britain, France, Canada, Norway, Spain vs Team Israel, US and to a certain extent PA. With Qatar playing both sides to their own ends.

Hamas could still release the hostages even absent any deal. Of course we know that people don’t want them to do that, as they see the hostages as a good bargaining chip against Israel, hoping to pressure them into accepting a withdrawal in exchange for the hostages. But let’s not pretend that not negotiating a ceasefire in exchange for the hostages means it’s impossible for Hamas to release them.
Israel could just stop with its genocide programme that even liberals are finally waking up to.

I just repeated the exact thing that the Israeli hostage liaison said. I dunno, maybe he was lying.

Notice older Jewish people aren't going on hunger strikes. This is probably because their brains are fully developed. The only thing these idiots are gonna accomplish is a trip to the hospital. Barely anybody will know they ever existed.
I bet if they lit themselves on fire that would do the trick.
