Assuming Hitler was brought back to life he would probably be the best leader. Unfortunately, I have Jewish blood in me so I would have to disqualify him as well. He would have to get some coaching and counseling and learned how to use his anger in a positive way. Also he'd have to get off the meth. He would just be too much trouble.
Mayor Pete would probably do a decent job but I would be concerned about what a military parade under his leadership would look like.
