There are no schemes they have to offer an amoe - the company itself is actually running a scheme just to exist which it is toeing the line of legality on and I am betting they wont exist past this year.

If the company's entire business plan is to take a loop hole edge with the govt just to exist why do you think theres no other edge they would take to be profitable?

I'm confident sweepstakes sites will be done by Jan 1 at the latest, including Clubwptgold. Losing California is not going to be something they can survive without. As much as people are shilling and loving their Clubwptgold baby, it's going to be short lived. I don't like it, either. I'm in California and think this sucks but it's the reality.

Let’s escrow a wager. I would love to bet against you as I think clubwptgold will still be a playable site for many on January 1, 2026. Maybe not California, but that doesn’t bring the whole thing down.

They only exist because of a loophole in online gaming law which the states and federal govt are actively trying to close. What games? $30-$218 tournies are great and .5/1/2 has plenty of recreationals. I could see 1/2/4+ getting worse since end of WSOP

Yeah, I was looking at 1/2/4 last night and the tables were pretty reg heavy. Even .5/1/2 has more regs than usual, but not as bad (at least 3 recreationals at each of my tables). Probably gonna get worse when the 1/2/4 regs move down.

I did see a TON of .25/.5/1 games running, but didn’t sit at any.

When I say “regs” I mean people who dont have obviously bad VPIP PFR stats. Some of those are surprisingly bad post flop though.

i played hu, mostly 5/10 and 10/20, from the site’s opening. games had been drying up fast. fish would sit far less frequently, and when they did, they would usually short stack. writing is on the wall, imo.

What users do you think are bots? I play that stake and I haven’t seen anything that strikes me as suspicious.
