Egypt hates palestinians in Gaza, wants nothing from them, the Rafa crossing is basically sealed, they built a higher wall than israel did in it's border with gaza.

They also charge exorbitant amounts if they want to immigrate to Egypt as refugees, which according to many in this thread would be the equivalent of charging holocaust victims to emigrate to your country. Not that MENA had a great track record on refugees from the holocaust…

No, it means Indians and Pakistanis. Americans find this confusing because in the US it means Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean.
The whole point is to hide the facts, so as not to present the real problem - the cultural problem in the Muslim population, whether religious or secular.
There was a sustained effort to conceal the over-representation of Pakistani men in 'grooming gangs', but this is now regarded as a scandal.
This is probably what happens when a mental tipping point is reached and the mass murderer can no longer hide or justify his actions to himself.
