That’s the point of the penalty. The penalty is to discourage action that results in those types of hits, regardless of intention.

"Oops. I couldn't avoid it." really doesn't get you off the hook very often.

How many 15yrd penalties tonight. Back in my day Blankenship woulda destroyed him and we would have said good play..... and we liked it. We didnt have none of that cte voodoo "science"

It's serious lightning in north of Philly.

They’re saying 11:30 now.

Lightning is particularly dangerous at Lincoln Financial Field because so many fans have electronic ankle monitors.

Its almost 4am here. So guessing if all goes right game finishes about 6am. Is it worth staying up and ruining the rest of my week?

Lurie has used turbines and solar power for years. As far as owners go, he's pretty good.
