I understand that for 888 support, disdainful attitude towards users is the norm!
These are probably your customer service standards!

But don't you think that there's a limit to everything?!

You're not even helping, you're actually causing harm... misleading and deceiving, and you're also violating the law and your own terms of the agreement...

Can this really be called support work?
Think about who and what you even represent...

Maybe you'll start working properly?! relying at least on common sense...
I hope there's still some humanity left in you and you'll think carefully about what's going on...

On September 2nd, I made a withdrawal to my Neteller account.
Then I got an email saying '' withdrawal was returned to us and we will try other methods.
Can you explain what that means and how do I withdraw my money.
At the start I was making deposits using my Debit/Credit card, but when I tried to withdraw, there was no option to withdraw to my bank account. So I made a deposit using Neteller and withdrawn money using that method.

Same situation for me: 18 days and I still haven’t received my cashout!

I made a cashout on September 1 to Neteller. After a long time in processing, I finally managed to contact support, and they told me it was rejected by Neteller.

They said I needed to make a small deposit to set up a new withdrawal method (Skrill). (That original cashout was never returned to my balance)

I made a small deposit on September 13, and then they informed me: “We are actively working on reprocessing your withdrawal via Skrill as quickly as possible.”

Since then, nothing has happened. No updates, no withdrawal, i always try to contact for support via 2+2, Reddit, or ambassadors

Please note: one month ago I made a smaller withdrawal to Neteller, and it was not rejected — it was processed successfully.

I don’t know what to do anymore. Can someone please inform me if you are receiving your withdrawals? I see that many people are having problems.

I’ve completed all KYC verification steps. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and they continue to ignore me, give excuses, and make empty promises.

This is not a delay – this is theft. A poker site claiming to be “trustworthy” is deliberately refusing to pay a legitimate withdrawal. They are holding my money without explanation.

I’m calling on this community: has anyone faced the same outrageous behavior from 888poker? What’s the fastest way to force them to release my funds?

Screenshots of all correspondence are ready. This behavior is completely unacceptable, unethical, and unprofessional. I will not let 888poker get away with this.

Since I don't see any way out of my case, and months have passed and I haven't received my withdrawal, I'm now going after the Malta Gaming Authority and Gibraltar to see if they can do something to get this dishonest site to pay me what it owes!

Support is again asking me to send them documents confirming my identity and address. They consider the documents I previously sent invalid. Since January 2025, I have repeatedly sent various documents confirming my identity and address, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. My account still hasn't been unblocked and the money hasn't been withdrawn. I want to let you know I successfully received a withdrawal from 888 after 20+ days.

I don’t know what’s going on with 888 — long delays, hard-to-reach support, and people being looped around make users feel like they’re just wasting time without getting any resolution, and this causes them to lose trust in 888.
People will stay calm and quiet for many days if you give clear answers(from real support not reddit/ambassadors) and reassure them that their funds are safe and that you’re just facing temporary issues.

Sorry, but why did you send me this link? It is a portal to nowhere. There is no live chat and there is no email contact. The only way to report the issue is through a form which takes some time to dig around and find. I have done this 4 times. I have explained to 888 poker support that the safe cashier does not prompt or allow me to upload documents for verification. All I get in response is another link to the safe cashier which does not work.

I’m having a serious problem with a withdrawal on 888poker.

On August 12, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $750 via Luxon. Right after that, my account was blocked and I was asked to go through re-verification. It wasn’t easy, but I eventually passed it. However, the money never arrived, because they then demanded confirmation that the Luxon account is really mine.

I sent them all the requested documents, but they keep rejecting them no matter what — I tried both PDF and screenshots. They can’t provide a proper example or sample of what exactly they want.

I cancelled the withdrawal and the money was returned to my account. But now the cashier just says: “no active withdrawal methods.”

My 888 account is fully verified, and I have full access to play.

Documents I already provided:

Official Luxon Account Statement and Account Confirmation,

Screenshots of my Luxon account showing all my personal details.

The problem:

There is no support available (neither by email nor live chat).

If you manage to reach someone on Reddit or here on 2+2, you only get the same copy-paste excuse about “forwarded to the specialized/verification team” — and then silence.

Documents are rejected with no explanation.

They keep running me in circles with “please resubmit.”

Even the official 888 rep on Reddit repeats the same canned replies.

Has anyone here successfully passed this kind of verification?

Which documents worked for you, and in what format (photo, screenshot, PDF)?

Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.

The amount of verification applications being rejected for unclear or confusing reasons is not a good look for 888, one solution would be to send the rejected document back to applicant with whatever is wrong with it being clearly marked on the copy sent back. E.g. If a particular field like the name is not clearly visible then circle the name and write needs to clear. Now if the bloody name can be seen clearly with the human eye then it should never be an issue and a recalibration of whatever bullshit tech you are using to scan them should be in order.

This would help speed up this process and end what from the outside looks like a mess.


The problem is that documents are reviewing by AI. Which which is badly developed.
