You can just stop calling him abusive names

by spaceman Bryce m

captain crunch was an attention whore who made up stories about his cannon.

Someone sounds a little jealous.

Is it okay to point out how absurd it is to plan to not be cordial to service workers because some dude didn't wish him a good day when he left the grocery store today, or would that be encroaching on his safe space?

Chit, a cashier on autopilot stole my change the other day, and I told her to have a good night and just laughed about it when I got outside.

This is similar to when you thought Kelhus was praising Uganda for their treatment of homosexuals.

I think in general you take things way too seriously and need to lighten up some.

No. My point was that all the biggest attention whores are straight guys like capn crunch.

also posters here like to allude to lesbian allies politically and occasionally talk about lesbian porn but have no interest in discussing actual lesbians or actual lesbian issues.

by spaceman Bryce m

Rather than choosing between mockery or debate. why not choose between debating or not debating? no need to make a mockery of someone.

I respectfully disagree. I think mocking terrible posters like SRM is a viable option.

I just watched my neighbor, 2 doors down, walk her dog across the street so it could poop in that yard. There was no doubt that her intention was to get the dog to poop there since she stood in the middle of their yard waiting for it to do so. Granted, she cleaned the poop up, but damn.

Thank you for giving us the inside poop on your neighbor's activities.

by Crossnerd m

Ok maybe we just relax a bit…

LB heard everyone’s opinion the first time, after a certain point it becomes abusive with the language.

How about recurring misandry from a poster? (Not naming names or pointing fingers here ofc.)

😀

I used the self-checkout at the kroger brand store today and they still have an employee who is monitoring to make sure that you're actually paying for all of your stuff and usually they acknowledge you and say something like "have a good day" or something and this guy today just ignored me. So I'm negative on service workers now and don't expect to be to nice to any of them fo

So, one service worker is rude to you, so now you're negative toward service-workers in general?

A lot of folks who have been bitten by a dog often have that experience cause a negative feeling about dogs in general. That said, I don't think being bitten by a service-worker happens much.

by spaceman Bryce m

that is very dissapointing. my real dating profile says that I like guys who are nice to animals and service workers. I still like pictures of dogs, and guys who like dogs but due to personal experienceI find kindness to service workers much more indicative of actually being a great guy. I also went to a mountain. I was forced to go by lesbians. I had no choice. here are some p

Hands down, "The Quote of Year."

I would counter that while I'm firm in my beliefs that people should be courteous of others in public, you, and others, take the way I choose to convey that message way too seriously.

Cap'n Crunch has style and he likes to flaunt it, I don't see the problem. Everyone like to show off the goods a little bit, even straight guys.

Stabbed and assaulted for not leaving a big enough tip has more often than you think 😀

Luckbox: Service workers are the problem

LoL: Luckbox is the problem

Crossnerd: Men are the problem

Bryce: Straight men are the problem

biggerboat: My neighbor is the problem

geezer: Can I get “is the problem” as an undertitle?

Straight men used to have style.. now they all just cosplay in their favorite athlete’s jersey or whatever

Humans behavior is generally dictated by incentive structure. If this was true, the correct level of analysis is, "straight men used to have incentives to have style, and now they don't," and the next step is considering what about the environment has changed to make this the case.

Straight men have shifted towards inceldom and not wanting to offend dominate(abusive) males so they are afraid to express themselves with fashion. straight men are increasingly afraid. I want to help them but of course the advice they need is the opposite of what they want to hear.

Cap'n Crunch is not "cosplaying," he's a decorated Naval officer with a lot of swag.

Man-hating leftists really are just gross individuals who basically always punch down on the least socially valuable men. It must be exhausting to be their friends.

The idea that my posts are “leftists” and punching down rather than purposefully going out of my way to be helpful is so preposterous that it begs the question what is going on with you that makes you read my posts that way.

Straight men don't feel the need to dress in a certain way to show off their sexuality. If you want to dress like a girl then you probably aren't a straight man.

You need to expand your circle of acquaintances.

Even during milkquakes the Cap always prioritized keeping his young crew of kids well fed with delicious food. Rumor has it he also took down LaFoote with only a spoon - just sayin.

You are using being "helpful" as a way to make fun of straight men. You seem to have a high percentage of LGBTQ posts. We get it, you're gay. I personally don't feel like I need to always advertise my sexuality.

by Didace m

You need to expand your circle of acquaintances.

I have a large circle of aquaintances and am sure this is an issue. The topic was straight mens fashion which was not a topic i brought up. There are many problems none of them universal.
In the past men were more confident than they have been recently online and this effect is leading to violence and it tracks on this issue as well.

expressing yourself through fashion is not about showing off your sexuality it is about expressing yourself. I dont dress like a girl.
