Hi, CHP is naturally traded away to zero as you play as part of the rakeback system. We recommend that players only buy/have enough to play with, so never technically have to sell it. In answer to your question, there are ways to do it; for example, send your CHP to a web3 wallet like MetaMask and make sure youβre on the Polygon network, then use Quickswap; itβs the main DEX for CHP. Then send to a major exchange like Coinbase and make sure you send via the correct network: Polygon/matic or ERC20, then sell to your chosen currency.
probably already been asked but is there any plans on adding features like sit out next BB all? being able to waitlist from the lobby? ability to filter to a specific stake?

Can you get me in contact with one of your Affiliate-managers or VIP-managers. Im worried if I should keep doing the referral business or swift to some other rooms.

Hi, your player should email support([email protected])from the email that’s registered to the banned account. This is the best way for them to get it sorted. As for support for affiliates, if you go to the affiliate dashboard, there’s a support tab which you can raise a ticket with. Please see image.

Hi security replied that they have communicated to you the reasons for account closure. Based on their internal investigation, they've identified multiple accounts created in violation of the platform’s Terms of Service (section 4.5, duplicate accounts). All actions taken were fully supported by evidence and we take this very seriously for the security of our playerpool. They've found strong links between several (5) different accounts not new to CoinPoker. If you'd like to file a complaint you can do so by clicking the Anjouan site seal in the bottom left corner of the homepage.
I'm chasing this up now with the team to get a better reply for you, I know we've had a large uptick in the number of players over CSOP in September and prior to that though. The site is growing rather fast in player base. We'll aim to get things back how they were asap, I believe they still are relatively fast though, our withdrawal times are quite competitive. It has been non automatic for sometime now even before CSOP.
Feels like it needs to manually go through a person in charge and he has to approve each transaction because the time taken to approve every withdrawal is different. It take from minutes to hours to days even.
Since coinpoker is still promoting instant deposits and withdrawals on the website, I do hope this can be fixed and ideally swapped back to fully automated if there is no problem with the user account.

Huds just screw it up. Global was so much fun too play..
I wouldn't mind a spot too place notes manually like global but not huds.

I've been getting a weird network error when I have been trying to login to the app the last few weeks. The tech team at CP looked into it and think that my internet provider, AT&T Fiber, may be blocking their some of their domains. I am able to login using a VPN, but this error came out of nowhere and seems odd. Has anyone else here experienced this issue? Is there a better work around than using a VPN?

I get the same error once or twice opening the client but just clicking restart would eventually work for me.
Was logged out in the middle of several hands last week and left unable to log back in with the client saying the account was suspended. I checked my email and was told that my account had been frozen because of "strong indications" I was using prohibited software.
I use a HUD during hands and that's about it.
I've emailed asking for an update on the situation to both the security team as well as sending several emails to the [email][email protected][/email] email and have gotten no response back for several days. Is there anything else I can do? I've got no idea what's triggered this.
