In addition to occasional freezing problems for me, hereβs a new wrinkle. The select all option is missing when I try downloading hand histories. Must manually do each one. Anyone else running into this problem?
I've been trying to get this fixed. I would try and tell them to fix it via email. I think we can get it back if enough people email them.
This site working awfull last few weeks and seems they dont really care. What a disgrace.
How can they still run tournaments at this point if the site lags like hell and tables randomly freeze, disconnect? Or Thats just a cash and SNG problem?

The disconnect so annoying,
250bb effect. 200NL. this whale 5 bet pre. I had AA, I called. Flop 972r. He disconnect. later found out he had KK. ***.
Just tried to play some hands on mobile and everyone disconnects left and right. What an absolute trainwreck of a site.

I quit playing here for like a year, came back for like 2 weeks and quit again it's awful. It's shameful what they've done to the site over the last few years it used to be so good.
I would love it if I were not forced to have to see the KnockOut Table background instead of my dark theme. It's thrown me off a few times.
I have noticed the same multi-account late-reg abusers who all end up at the same table and milk the clock. Please for the love of god just shuffle the players after late reg ends.
Still easier to win than ACR - hope they decide to keep growing it.
stop playing here folks. totally unplayable with the tables constantly freezing. you make a big bet, then the table freezes...you're out that money. bovada sucks!
do not play on this scamming room, just have played for one year on bodog and other 9 rooms, and never get a big hit on bodog.
but then finally i hit a 430usd prize, and on the next day ive tryed to verificate my account to make my firt withdraw on the room, the room has just disabled my account with the allegation that ive used a VPN, but i have never used a VPN, and on the day that i have hited the prize i have just formated my PC and i am 100% sure that i have not used a VPN.
even so that all roons just dont let u get conected if you are using a VPN, but this scamming room aparentely let u get in to block you as soon as you want to make any withdraw of their moneys.
LOL! SCAMMING ROOM! NOT RECOMENDED!
Why Bodog doesn't have HU SNG, but Bovada does have?
Hopefully changes are made to better the app/site.
past 31 days I have seen:
Two tournaments - just randomly all tables stop playing hands then hours later bodog pays out ICM prizes ???
Tournament tables getting to 59% not loading while other tables are playing fine.
One table complete lagging while the other is fine??
15 remain 11 get paid. all my tables dissconnect I restart the browser and cannot log in?? when i finally log in i bubble the tournament???
mobile Browser has "error" when logging in
Firefox when inputting correct email/password says incorrect combination
Chome and Edge having a log in succes rate of about 80%
I have a bug on desktop when I try to open tournament lobby all my tables discconnect??
I had a bug my tables disconnecting as I'am about to go all in pre flop??
I joined a tournament the table didnt load starting stack was 20k when I finally got in I had 7k? I guess i was sitting heads up vs someone in a big field MTT??
So many log in issues cannot explain them all.
Issue with browser all tables were working but the tournament lobbies wouldnt load? when I restarted my computer and tried to log in I couldnt log in for 10 minutes???
Despite all this. My graph is in the green????????????????????? and bodog pays out all withdraws quicker than you can say " id like to order a mc muffin please "
I posted a couple weeks ago about Iggy saying they texted a code to verify my account, but the code never actually showing up.
I spoke with support, they escalated it. I've continued to log in every couple days and click the buttons to get a verification code sent to my email, but it never comes through.
Follow up: Today I finally received an email from support, the synopsis of their email is "it's not us, we can see in our logs that the code was sent, it must be your phone."
For kicks and giggles, I decide to try again after reading this email. And, like magic, now the code comes straight through. LOL. It didn't work yesterday, but it works today.
So, obviously they fixed whatever issue they had on their end then sent me an email saying there was no issue.

Thatβs what theyβve been doing for years β never admitting any mistakes. Then suddenly your issue gets fixed, and they act like there was never a problem. LMAO.
What's crazy is that support here used to be amazing. You could call and get things done within minutes. This site punted the biggest opportunity in the world after black friday it's quite amazing to watch it get worse and worse every day. They're not quite as dumb as the Merge network was, but boy are they close.
Lately my hands have all been auto folding even though I have the auto folding option disabled.
Does anyone else have this problem?
anyones table freezing?
Somehow, my tables only freeze when I have the stone nuts. It happened last night, and again just now with KK on K7x rainbow.
If there were anywhere else to play I would as between the lack of support, lack of hand histories for web UI, freezing tables, and extremely questionable runouts, Bovada is a pretty awful experience these days.
I have never been one to believe the rig hype. Variance is a real thing and anyone who plays long enough will go on some nasty slides. That said, I literally cannot win with AA anymore on bovada unless it's preflop in which case it's always just the sb and bb I pick up. I get it all in pf against A8os, they hit runner runner straight. Queens hit sets. 87s hits backdoor flu
I have had exactly the same experience. Exactly what you describe, in addition losing AIPF to ~40bb stacks while way ahead at an unbelievable clip.
Anyone who runs an unregulated offshore casino would undoubtedly entertain the idea of boosting profits with house bots.
As a side note, I just got off a chat with customer support, about lag / disconnections where I had the nuts - and they said they'd checked and CONFIRMED the problem was not on the server side. Unreal
Have not been able to log in via browser or a client for over 2 days, Ignition website states that they are aware of this on the fron page. Like wtf is this, cant even log in to wd off from the site....
Is it no longer possible to download all hands at once?

Played a but NL5 on this site recently.
One hand i raise pre utg AA, middle pos with around 50bb comes along and everyone folds. Flop 923. Guy checkraises and then calls my shove. Shows 109 off. Turn 9, River 9. After the hand he left the table.
Another hand a guy limps and after everyone folded i shove on him with kq from the BB with KQ to attack his 35bb stack. I normally dont do this but figured the way he played i might get called with a worse hand. Guy uses full timebank before calling with j3 off. Wins and insta leaves.
In another hand i minbet blind vs blind on qqk7 with 72 and got called, river k and i give up. He shows 83 off and wins.
Idk this was only NL5 but something felt off honestly. Also got paid in weird spots so could be just variance who knows.

I play primarily NL25 Zone these days, so everyone "leaves" the table after every hand. That said, I've played quite a bit recently - and while I wouldn't bet my life on it - I would bet decent money that something isn't quite right there.
If it was "real" money, and not just for entertainment - I absolutely would not play Bovada. That said, on an hourly basis it's the only "entertainment" where I make money rather than spending it (running laps on F1'23 on my PS5 is relatively cheap - golf absolutely is not).
We've seen a LOT of poker cheating scandals over the years. From Full Tilt and Ulitimate Bet / Absolute back in the day to the most recent NBA scandal (where rich athletes who didn't even need the money did it for reasons we may never understand).
The argument from people is often "this site would NEVER put such a profitable business at risk" - but we've seen it time and time again - not only in online poker - but everywhere. From financial institutions to the NBA, greed defies logic and is one of the most powerful motivators in human history.
So with that in mind, if I were a greedy individual making decisions for an offshore casino - completely unconcerned with morals, I'd look to:
Increase average pot size
Insert shills into the game
Ensure players who play more profitable games (table games, sports bets, etc.) win as much as possible
Cover my tracks
If we look at the things people complain about - the key issues align very well:
High rates of cooler / action runouts
Bots
An improbably high rate of the worst hand winning
Making it difficult to quantify by removing / deflecting hand histories
It's all a little tin-foil hat - I know. I'm not claiming that this is the case. I'm just making the logical argument that we've seen this stuff time and time again, and that there are a lot of pieces that align here.
