No - i've asked him to play cash maybe just 8-16 but he never.
He deems everything non horse-ish to be circus... seems to be in line w how dneg preaches - which is certainly out of touch - like the exclusion of drawmaha variants at wsop

are you talking about the kings hand vs hellmuth? i vaguely recall.
i play him in 10/20/40 plo and the southpoint 10/25 bigo game (which has turned into a home game in the recent months). pretty sure that's his normal stake but he very likely plays higher which i can't afford or have access to.
Bumped into him the other day in bobbys when he was playing crazy's 2/400 mix - we traded some chips since it was convenient for me to hold onto rw flags.
I've seen him absolutely crushing live n online in plo. i dont have much info on his nl plays.

Get your degree as back up in case poker doesn’t work out. Or to work in tandem with poker on the side. suggest you work things out with your school before you make any decisions you may forever regret. Poker isn’t all that fun when you have no other options and you are losing. Trust me I know from personal experience.
