Still did not receive money from September 2nd, its been two months, 1000$ is still pending ( button to cancel it appeared recently though).
Also, there are no withdrawal options anymore, even though there were options before.
You took away my withdrawal options and you do not respond to emails or facebook.

On cash tables when watching there is a weird issue where a player leaves and the seat is shaded compared to other empty seats and cannot be selected and remains this way if table is inactive. If it's active it returns to normal after an orbit or two. Is this a bug or is there a specific reason for it?

It usually occurs when a seat is temporarily unavailable. This can happen when a player disconnects, sits out, or when the client has not yet refreshed the table’s status.
In most situations, the seat will return to normal once the table becomes active again, generally after an orbit or two. While this may appear to be a glitch, it is most often a display behaviour rather than a technical issue.

If you use 888Caption, then try to use Hotkeys / Test hotkey on a such table

can you please help me out with verification issues again?
Since i moved places, i uploaded my official registration form and a utility bill via the cashier together with a comment about my new home adress.
Afterwards i got asked to send a bank statement with the new adress, together with copies for a credit card, that doesn't exist anymore (Ending Nr. *9003).
So i upload a bank statment from the recently actual active credit card (Nr. *9100), that was already used for several deposits and withdrawals with 888 for more than a half year now, aswell as copies of the front and the back of the credit card. I deployed a comment clarifiying that *9003 doesn't exist anymore and attach a bank statement from *9100 that shows proven deposits from last month.
Now i get asked for copies of the old and lost, expired credit Card *9003 again.
At this Point i don't know what to do anymore. There is still my old home adress displayed within the player settings, that cannot be changed by myself and i am sincerly asking myself how nobody in your company is willing to do something about the insanity that is going on with verification. The last time i had contact with your verification process, i was asked for copies of a credit card that number did never even belong to me!
If this process is designed to make people lose interest in your site and utterly frustrate them, then congratulaions, you have mastered it to perfection.

Why are all the satellites tied to specific tournaments? Isn't it possible to make it so that the player can choose to play the next tournament?
For example, a player won such a tournament
Due to certain circumstances, he cannot play the next tournament (listed in the lobby as the next one with the time of its holding), but he can play it on another day or at another time.
It would be good to play the next tournament with an open date.
The player receives a ticket to the next satellite and chooses when to play (at a time and day that is convenient for him)
Anyone know of a 3rd party mod/theme for the 888 blast tables?

888 verified all my documents, but I still can't withdraw any money, since there is no withdrawal options available.
I have deposit options of Neteller, Skrill and Debit/Credit Card.
After they verified my documents I made a new deposit using Neteller, but no withdrawal option appeared.
Can 888 Rep forward this and ask them to send me an email containing some kind of information on how to make a withdrawal.
