Rice has previously shown videos of his workout routine and it is truly pathetic. He does squats and lunges with close to zero weight (that is zero additional weight on top of his substantial body mass).
In recent times it seems his weightroon visits are more to use shower and/or fill up his water bottle. But even if he did his full routine daily upper arm muscle definition is not something you can expect to see anytime soon.
ELD is focusing on developing endurance musculature to allow dealing for five days per week and 8 hours per shift.

Rice recently attempted a slightly uphill canyon sprint with hilarious consequences. I'm really hoping for his next trick he will be demonstrating his climbing skills or steeplechase skills. He is always bragging that he can climb over barriers, gates, barbed wire fence etc but so far we have seen zero evidence of these abilities.
