We offer two types of satellites. Some are direct satellites tied to a specific target tournament with a set date and time. Others are ticket awarding satellites that grant a ticket instead of locking you to one event. The ticket gives you flexibility to choose a qualifying tournament that fits your schedule.

If a player wins a satellite but cannot participate in the linked parent tournament, they should instead join a satellite that awards a ticket or a seat to an event they can attend. This allows players to select the option that best suits their availability, either securing a spot in a set tournament or keeping the freedom to decide when to play.

Hello 888rep, please provide my feedback to the recent changes. I don't know if the 888 poker room management is aware of the fact, that the Level 40+ Freeroll registration is not possible for players who already qualified to the main event. Not a good thing and happened already twice to me.

Withdraw option appeared, I made a withdrawal 10 days ago and its still pending, nothing is happening. Can you forward this again 888rep? It seems that is the only way to push things.

Its been almost 3 months with withdrawals getting cancelled, all my documents are verified. I got this message for the second time you tell me to contact you using email, but no one is responding there, only way action is taken, when I message using this forum.
Please tell them to not write emails that say to contact them, because they do not reply I only get auto-reply emails. I need email telling me what to do to get my money withdrawn!

Hi, I hope you might be able to help me I have been losing my mind going round in circles with the agents in chat.
