Niko got to see the rest of her pack at the inlaws farm for two days and didn't take a single dog pic (tried but quit when too late on a couple, still have the image filed in my mind)
she only really gets to play with her deaf white terrier cousin because the inlaws old brown rescue potato just wanting to sleep in sun puddles is tired of being barked at and the huffing big black lab retreiver her sister brings over never leaves his post guarding the back fetching yard door or dropping punctured tennis balls on your feet.
our little sh;t got loose and ran free twice, once sprinting after pheasant across acres of hay field and the other a bit deeper into the hill wood than i care for, at least reminded me to check her air tag still works. from a distance she has all the marking and movement of a coyote and there are plenty of agressive shootists looking to protect their livestock

Luna and Bella are both Spanish and Italian words, meaning moon and pretty/beautiful.
