Still lifting. I maxed out DL like 6 weeks ago. 515. 500 too easy. Maybe fresh i have 530+. Rpe8 around 475-480ish. Some days it flies, some days tired.
Bench now rpe8 270-275ish. Maybe got a max 300 by EOY.
I’m talking it easy on squatting. 3 wheels still moving. But now I have knee pain. I’m pretty sure it’s bc of my fixie. Might just need to add a brake on there and call it a day.

Barely bet the tourney, but made steak money on the final 4. Not really into brackets and such.
Hockey is my specialty. Anytime goal scorers and over/unders. Too easy.
