Yes, I think we can all accept that Trump lost due to his awful mishandling of covid. Any other president in the history of the US would have leveraged the pandemic to elevate his presidency and sail into a second term, but Trump is reetarded.

Didn't most conservative governments around the world lose at about that same time too - 2020 to early 2022. It was a time for progressive governments with their big government policies to make us feel all warm and bubbly with plenty of lockdowns and mandates.

When you have the president coming out and addressing the nation every single day and never once, ever, showing any empathy for the thousands of Americans that died the previous day and instead derps on about how his press briefings are more popular than The Bachelor and Monday Night Football, you're going to lose people.

It's sort of crazy how bad Trump was doing even pre Covid. 2017-2019 was probably the luckiest period to start a term and he still screwed it up.

We can debate whether dictator is the right word, but there doesn't seem to be much doubt that he rigged the most recent election.

"He's a dictator" of course is not a complete argument for US military action.

I mean, you can be a dictator and still garner the public trust and run a civilized society and take good care of your peeps if you know what you're doing. Being a dictator doesn't necessarily mean evil or that your people are going to struggle.

Maduro is a special case of stupid because he literally sat on one of the most massive oil reserves, fertile land and a small population, and yet he still couldn't figure out to keep the juice flowing to feed his people or to keep them happy - which points to one of the major reasons why dictators are bad, because people are dumb. He should have been able to fleece all he wanted and he keep the place running smoothly. Yet the place fell apart and he got kidnapped by Trump
