I replied to the E-Mail and the issue seems to be solved. I've just received the withdrawal confirmation.
Software now deals the cards in descending order eg. higher card presented first and because you get your cards individually when you see a 5 first you know your screwed.
Not sure why they didn't change the deal to make both cards visible at the same time then it wouldn't matter.
Even led to someone questioning the RNG on WSOP.

What's the best way to contact support? I'm traveling outside the country I live in for a few months and can't access live chat. Before I left, I raised a withdrawal issue with live chat and they told me I would receive and email from support that would help me. That never arrived. I also asked for an email address where I could contact 888 support and the one provided bounced back when I tried to contact it. Facebook and X accounts don't reply to my messages.

Anyone else having issues with the tables not staying in the same layout when you login again? I have save layout clicked in settings but everytime I logout I have to go through tiling and sizing them again.

Why is it so difficult to contact customer support? Socials are dead. Email doesn't work. Live chat constantly disconnect and live chat agents don't follow up when they say they will.

Received an e-mail about the cardstrike promo but no date is mentioned and it is not active atm. I got same notification last month and card strike wasn't there. Does it appear at random times after the mail?
There is no mention of it in the client either this time or last.
Cardstrike is working now and the key difference in the mail about it was a date was present so even the mail had whatever bug caused it.
Also happy to see a couple of the freerolls have reappeared.

Live Chat could not help me, but told me 888 customer support would contact me by email in order to help me. That email never arrived. I am requesting that customer support contact me via email to assist with my withdrawal request, as the Live Chat agent told me they would. Here is a screenshot of the Live Chat.
