With the obvious handbrake of the Bungles ownership being cheap, unimaginative and extremely bloody minded, I wonder what it might take. Like if the Giants offered #4, a 2027 1 and a 2028 1?
Jackson would get less than 3 1s I’d guess, albeit he’s been a more accomplished QB and is the same age
I got an idea that might work for stingy Cincy.
Raiders trade their first for Burrow. IMO Bengals are getting by far the better end of this deal, but Davis could probably find enough yes people to tell him to do it.
If Brady got involved he might be able negotiate Bengals to throw in a 2nd this year, which Raiders could use to improve O line or grab a WR and save some on salary instead of going FA route.
I did not research if Raiders have room under the cap, so maybe it can't/won't work.
And if Davis does a similar deal for Lamar, then get your Ravens over everything bets for '26.

fwiw Browns owner Jimmy Haslam said the disastrous trade ultimately fell on his wife and him... and to hold them accountable
we can safely call Haslam the architect of that trade (and the decision to fully guarantee the contract)
that said, i've looked back at the Browns last 3 drafts and 2025 was pretty much a home run (if i remember correctly, news reports indicated that Berry was told to draft Shedeur), while 2024 and 2023 are piss poor

The couple people I've seen post coach of the year have Mike MacDonald 1st and haven't ranked vrabel at all. Neither are real voters though. Right now McDonald about+300 equivalent on kalahi.
Some patriots guy was counting MVP votes and lost like it'll be very very close.
Also the two guys I've seen had puka over jsn for opoy but right now jsn is -7000ish on FanDuel.

Well my prognostication was a real misfire.
I am a bit surprised. Sounds like Harbaugh wouldn't hear anything about removing Monken as OC and that was a key factor. I dunno, there's a lot of blame to go around. But it could be a complete HC/OC/DC overhaul.
I have no idea what they are doing if Orr stays and both Harbaugh/Monken are gone.
