I understand this. Before I left for Thailand I contacted Live Chat to help me with a withdrawal issue. Live Chat could not help me, but told me 888 customer support would contact me by email in order to help me. That email never arrived. I am requesting that customer support contact me via email to assist with my withdrawal request, as the Live Chat agent told me they would. H

I know this isn't true. The same thing happened to me last year and 888 allowed me to withdraw with some verification.
Also, why is support unable to email me? If I had gotten that email in the 24-48 hrs the live chat support agent told me to expect it, I would have been assisted while I was still in Canada. I never did receive that email and I did not receive the email you requested 4 days ago.

I have permanently moved from Germany to Austria. Back in October, I sent my proof of residency to customer support. I received a reply stating that the documents were insufficient, so I sent my proof of residency again, along with an electric bill confirming that I now live in Austria and am registered there. I have not received a response since October 25. I wrote again on January 7, 2026. In the meantime, I visited Germany and logged in (I cannot log in in Austria because my account is restricted to Germany). I noticed that I have to confirm my address when I click on the cashier button. However, I cannot confirm this because I no longer live in Germany and cannot enter an Austrian address there. So now I can't even withdraw my funds if I wanted to, because I'm stuck in the Cashier menu. This situation is very disappointing. I am appalled at how I am being treated as a customer.

I have a question about the xl winter events with multiple days 1s. Is it possible to play multiple day 1s? In this case, are the stacks combined or does only the biggest stack of one day 1 count for day 2?

That did something because I recieved 3 different emails from 888 about this issue reaching out to resolve it. Unfortunately, I am unable to correspond with any of them as replies to each one bounce back as undeliverable. The last email I received from the payments team with instructions instructed me to go through the cashier or 'Alternatively, you may send the same to us via email and we will update them for you.' I can't do the last one because I have no way to contact 888 via email and the email from the payments team came from [email][email protected][/email].

Hello. IΒ΄m from Germany (username: ziggis88) and did a missclick on another site so my account was self excluded for 24 hours (German Law: Oasis). On all the other sites (Pokerstars, GG, BWIN) my account is now open, but not on 888. No answer from your support. Please check it.... I donΒ΄t understand, why the reopeneing of an account donΒ΄t happen automatically. On the 3 other rehulated german sites, this is no problem, but only 888 can not fix it??

I seen a player use an emoticon saying "Nice Hand", is there different software for some on 888 or am I missing something because it doesn't seem to be on mine?
Software looks better than it did when first changed but I will always prefer the old version but one thing I would prefer to see changed is the card design, it just looks silly imo, what is wrong with the traditional card design?
