BUF or BAL would be the best fits for Salah where they already have an established QB.
Teams that will need someone to develop a QB probably wouldn't be the best fits.

The Titans should be the ultimate cautionary tale of why you shouldn't just fire a HC because they aren't as successful as you wanted them to be. Vrabel has completely turned a Pats team around and the Titans suck. Teams need to look in the mirror and see whether it is the coach or personnel, and it was pretty obvious what the problem was in Tennessee.
Now, Baltimore's situation is a little different, but I wouldn't have fired him after one bad season.
Pittsburgh I understand because Tomlin has been there forever, but they haven't had a QB in 5+ years, and longer if you want to discount the final Big Ben years. I'll definitely be rooting for Pittsburgh to suck, especially if they are moronic enough to resign Rodgers.
